If you hair loss progresses you might not have enough to cover the rest of your mid scalp and crown. You should look into maybe micro dosing fianstiride (0.5 mg M/W/F) to see if the side effects go away. I have been like this since I was 20 and it didn’t really move. Again you never know what the future may unfold but I’m pretty optimise. I took Propecia for 10 year and its when i stop taking the pile that I have realise how much more energy I had. Tried again a couple of year back and got so tired that it wasn’t worth the side effect in my opinion. So I’m 11th month in so I’m not expecting that much more change with my hair. It’s hard to compare the results once you already had a first hair transplant, but I can tell you that I’m very happy and bless to have got my 2 hair transplant. Only month 11 with some hopes that you can have more improvements even beyond (probably up to 18+) nonetheless only 2k grafts has taken you a long way while I have seen others with similar hair types use that solely for the hairline/slightly further back. any future touch ups for added density?
