Low growth in the transplanted frontal area and crown, moderate depletion of the donor area and shortening of donor capital for the future. In addition, the patient has a fibrous donor and recpetor area, due to the previous extraction and implantation with more invasive materials. The patient comes to Clínica de Freitas to solve the result of low hair density. We were able to optimize and homogenize both the donor and recipient areas, homogeneously distributing the follicles in only one day of surgery. Patient’s details: Sex: Male Age: 40 years old Level of alopecia: NW IV Hair characteristics: Gray hair dyed brown hair, straight and fine hair. Surgical Plan: Frontal and vertex restoration in 1 day of intervention. Grafts breakdown: x1 Grafts - 328 = 328 Hairs. x2 Grafts - 760 = 1520 Hairs. x3 Grafts - 973 = 2919 Hairs. x4 Grafts - 304 = 1216 Hairs. Total: 2.365 Grafts = 5.983 Hairs.
