Regular Member budhair Posted November 22, 2018 Regular Member Share Posted November 22, 2018 Hi HTN community. Thank you all for valuable information and support that I have received during my 1stFUE hair transplant with Eugenix. I am pretty much satisfied with my results, considering the fact that I was NW6 and had weak donor area. For my complete 1stHT journey you may click below link. https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/49922-6000-grafts-with-eugenix-gurgaon/?tab=comments#comment-461261 Now I am considering my 2nd hair transplant to cover my crown area which remained empty after 1stHT. As an informed patient, I mailed my pictures to few doctors including Dr. Bhatti to get second opinion. According to Dr. Bhatti there are not enough grafts left on my head to go for second procedure. Then I went to Eugenix to let DR. Pradeep physically examine by donor area. He was pretty confident that he can take out 1000 grafts from the back of my head and 1000 to 1500 grafts from my beard to give decent coverage to my crown area. I was thrilled. Soon I will be going for my 2ndHT to be performed at Eugenix. Will keep you updated.
Regular Member budhair Posted November 27, 2018 Author Regular Member Share Posted November 27, 2018 Hi guys. I got my second HT done at Eugenix yesterday by Dr. Arika and her expert team. This time I was more informed and less anxious by the way things worked. The day started with usual pre HT photo shoots followed by head wash any trimming of donor and recipient area. My frontal hairs and side burns were left untouched so that I may easily wear cap afterwards. Surgery started at around 11 am with Dr. Arika making slith marks. Though I had weak donor area, it was decided to use more of head hairs as compared to beard hairs as they need to fill crown area. Total 2400 slith marks were made by her in the beginning. Followed by around 1500 grafts extraction from head and around 900 grafts from beard. At the end another 100 grafts were extracted from head to fill the gap between grafts already planted and slith marks were made simultaneously. The entire procedure was performed with DHT technique in which grafts are transplanted simultaneously at the time of extraction. The entire procedure got finished by 6.30 pm. Sending you my pics post HT for expert opinions. Thanks
Dr. Sethi & Dr. Bansal
Thank you dear one for your continued trust. Like the first one, this one would also give you a great outcome in terms of growth, coverage and naturalness while maintaining the cosmesis of the donor area.
Regular Member budhair Posted December 7, 2018 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 7, 2018 10 days Post 2nd HT HI members. Today i am posting my crown pics post 1st HT in 2017 and 2nd HT on 26th Nov 2018. I could not spot much difference in two pics except the fact that more beard hairs were used at the time of 1st HT and more head hairs during 2nd HT. Lets see what will be the results this time. Regular Member budhair Posted January 1, 2019 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 1, 2019 1 month updates. I have completed one month since my second HT with Eugenix. As it is my second HT, I am less anxious about my results. I think 70% of hair transplanted on crown area has already been shed and my hairs which was trimed has started growing. There is still redness at my donor area

Regular Member budhair Posted February 3, 2019 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 3, 2019 2 Months Update Completed 2 months and 2 PRPs after my second HT at Eugenix. I must say doctors at Eugenix do excellent PRPs with minimum pain. Now back to my progress, I think donor area is showing sign of 5000 grafts extraction during the course of two HT. I already had thin and fine hairs and now with so much extraction, donor area looks deserted. But I think it will look better with course of time. Acording to me its look ok. Only difference is they trim your hair for extraction. And because of that some hairs are smaller and some are extracted. So its look ok in 4 month time. And 2nt ht portions look good as well. Best of luck. Hope for good result.
Senior Member mosd Posted February 4, 2019 Senior Member Share Posted February 4, 2019 intresting case. Gonna follow. Do you have any donor left in the scalp and beard?
Regular Member budhair Posted February 5, 2019 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 5, 2019 I am done with HT. Now I have to accept whatever results I will get. Eugenix took my case when other surgeons were sceptical about the transplant. Now I hope for satisfactory results.
Regular Member budhair Posted March 3, 2019 Author Regular Member Share Posted March 3, 2019 3rd Month Update completed 3 months post my 2nd hair transplant with Eugenix. Appearance of my donor area has improved little bit. As far as recipient area is concerned, still a long way to go. Not much difference between 2nd and 3rd month. It will still take time for grafts to start growing.
Regular Member budhair Posted April 10, 2019 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 10, 2019 4th Month update Nothing much changed since 3rd month. Regular Member budhair Posted June 30, 2019 Author Regular Member Share Posted June 30, 2019 7th MONTH UPDATE Hi All. Didn't update for 6th month progress as nothing much changed from 5th to 7th month. As stated before, HT is just an illusion and 5000-6000 grafts cannot compensate lacs of hairs that have already lost.1st Sending you pics of my wet head then secondly posting you pics of my dry head( and looks drastically changed) and finally some pics(last three) with dash of cabooki where looks are almost perfect.

Can I ask, why are you taking Finasteride as its not required for new transplanted hair?
Regular Member LeftHook Posted June 30, 2019 Regular Member Share Posted June 30, 2019 Thank you, @budhair for sharing your experience and photos for this latest HT. Your crown looks almost identical to mine, and I too will be having my crown worked on by Eugenix next year, and so I'll definitely be following this thread and thinking positively with you every step of the way. I hear that crowns are the toughest area to achieve appearance of decent density, however, just 6 months in and the top of your crown (as in the part closest to your hairline) is already starting to take shape and look filled up. As we're still far away from the 10-12 month mark, I personally think that this much progress so far is excellent. Really encouraging result thus far. I can only imagine how great things will be in 4 months time. Keep the mindset strong and positive, and look forward to some brilliant results! Hey mate. Great growth and journey. Just wondering why are you taking Finasteride as its not for the new transplanted hair. Are you taking it to keep the existing hair in good form? Thanks Taking Fin to block DHT and hence providing more favorable environment to new hairs and to prevent further hair loss. It's true that transplanted hairs are immune to DHT but there are always chances that few hairs are transplanted from unsafe zone and hence may shed due to DHT.
