That has to be one of the most ridiculous comments that I have ever heard. I agree with Joe this patient has no reason to use concealer, whether is used it before is now irrevelvant. He looks great! I also don't think that we should jump on the concealer comment. If it were me, I may use concealer for the spots that aren't perfectly dense and show scalp. Others may not be bothered by it. To each his own. When I see results like this, I'm just baffled. And with so many great surgeons out there, I keep thinking, "OHH YEAH, I WANT HIM TO WORK ON ME" If Only I had infinite donor supply.
