  1. I had HTs in 1995 from a shitty clinic and all old plugs are still there. Hereis my 1st topic here, with pics around the middle of the page.
  2. Revita makers claim that if it is used at least 5 times per week can make hair up to 80% thicker. Also there are some other "thin to thick" shampoos, like the one from Jason Natural Products here
  3. Don't put it in the cap. Better apply it directly to your head. You don't have to use half cap exactly every time, just approx a bottle per month
  4. Orally 3mg for faster grow of hair & nails
  5. This sounds very odd. Do you have any photos?
  6. Hi dr. Lindsey, I also like this shampoo. Can I use it daily or its too harsh?
  7. Hi I use revita daily, for a month now and I am 4 months post HT. It has a very nice effect and I got confirmation in another thread that I can use it daily. The only thing that I don't like is that I have to leave on the hair for 5 mins and I am getting bored in the shower
  8. Thanks for the feedback guys. I 100% agree with Acrobaz about awkward clicking mechanism. Regarding the price, as per instructions I have to use it twice. So I suppose that the 1st application is for cleaning the hair and the 2nd for the DHT blocking effect, so can I use any cheap shampoo for the 1st application and revita for the 2nd to prolong use of bottle?
  9. What is your experience from revita Acrobaz? Do you use it only the last 2 months, or you have used it and before?
  10. Sorry that the topic is old but I didn't want to create a new one, I am now 4 months post HT and I wonder if I can use Revita daily, instructions from maker say that it should be used at least 5 times per week, in order to have beneficiary effects.
  11. I had traumatic experience from DHI years ago. Before the day of the surgery you wouldn't know your doctor. The techs, maybe due to low salaries, are not staying there for long time, so the grafts maybe fitted to your head by a technician undergoing training, who is gonna learn how to fit grafts in your head. Also the "most advanced technique" of hair extraction (I suppose) doesn't guarantee you natural results, even if it really is the most advanced extraction technique, it doesn't guarantee neither proper scar closure, nor proper incisions or grafts' placement. There is a local Greek forum, whereby all Greeks undergone HT with DHI are looking for the best repair option. STAY WELL CLEAR
  12. It seems that you have one of the best results I have ever seen eman. You definitely worth it.
  13. 1) no problem, as long as the 1st application is at least 4 hours prior to the 2nd 3) no, I think its adequate for numbers 2 & 5 I am very interested also
  14. No need for apology, I understood that your previous to last comment wasn't directed to me, you have quoted a part of the really silly post of the poster you directed your comment to. I was just afraid that you will attack me for my english, like you (ironically) applaud me above. My previous post's meaning was that we shouldn't rely on copy paste from other sites without further investigating.
  15. Dr Lindsey, I heartily wish you a full recovery, you are very helpful for everyone here. I can understand your pain and my only advice is to think positive, try to isolate defeating thoughts and transmit this to your daughter who really needs to see her father calm and strong.
  16. Dakota's the list you posted on the 29th is very hard to believe. I don't say you made it by yourself but we shouldn't believe anything that anyone writes on the internet. Maybe some of these sides are in one in a million analogy and some of them contradict with each other and some of them are totally false, like Loss of Appetite, as the most common by far SSRI side effect is the weight gain from increased appetite. And please don't attack me for my knowledge of english language, because this is an international forum and english is my third spoken language, thanks.
  17. I use rogaine foam twice a day and I wash my hair every day, because after the third rogaine application they don't look good.
  18. MSM can be purchased all around the world and it is one of the most popular vitamins. All brands make MSM like Solgar, Health Aid etc. In my case I think it help hair growth a bit and definitely nails growth
  19. http://www.medications.com/se/wellbutrin/hair-loss Read this if you dont think ssri's cause hairloss. I believe you would have to look at each medication seperatley to come to any conclusion You are wrong, wellbutrin is not SSRI
  20. You have a very nice site and excellent hair transplants outcome. May I ask if you removed any of the mini-micro grafts from the first clinic or you just mixed them with new grafts?
  21. OK sorry I will rephrase it, SSRIs as far as I know do not cause hair loss.
  22. This is an interesting topic, that could end up with a list of medications that COULD cause hair loss. I will be very interested for such a list. For the 1st paragraph if you referring to anti-depressants, no. I have looked at many forums and never read about hair loss, same with ambien.
