This looks awesome, sorry to ask but had you had a transplant before? Or was this your first one. Density looks awesome especially given you have some pre-existing hair. Should get a cracking result here.

Ahhh thatβs cool! So you have a keen eye for the small things and assuming some artistry in your line of work. F**k Dr M got his work cut out with you. But it looks wonderful

Iβve seen other surgeons attempt cows licks and fail immensely. Yours is looking awesome. Happy growing. I notice scrubs and goggles. Are you a dr? Sorry just curious. Asymmetry is good it builds naturalness. dr mani mittal is doing wonders in the U.K. glad you found him and Iβm glad I had mine done with him. keep us all updated. Thanks GTD

GTD this looks good. Reading what youβve written you have realistic expectations. Did you have a cowβs lick? On your right side?

Eugenix produce phenomenal outcomes. But they consume a very high number of grafts?!?! Anyone else thought this.

Looks great excellent choice of surgeon. He is super conservative. Not always highest levels of density in his work but seems to get great graft uptake from what weβve seen on here, and ultimately creates great outcomes. I had a consultation with him in 2019 at the Private Clinic. at the time it wasnβt right for me but no doubt he is an excellent doctor.

Bud in 3 months time youβll be back to square one. But thatβs when the growth will start to kick in. Expect a solid 6 months after that minimum 9 months total to see a good depiction and then 12-18 months for final outcomes. Be patient donβt over think it and get ready for the UD stage -

Mate looks flawlessβ¦ face has been framed perfectly. Donor is practically undetectable. This is typical Dr Mittal work. I wouldnβt worry about the singles. His team wonβt implant grafts that wonβt take. Looks like youβve got good Retention of implanted hairs including the singles. Youβll get a spectacular result just make sure you take finasteride to prevent further loss. Have you been in touch with the clinic post op. Has Dr Mβ steam been helpful in guiding you? -

Any updates on this one -
Youβve got what looks like traction alopecia mate, a hair transplant just at the front would look weird. if your budget is 4K unlikely youβll get anyone in the U.K., as youβll need probably 2 procedures to get this right. Maybe even 4000 grafts. find a good surgeon that can do temple restoration otherwise itβll look off key. not sure if Dr Mittal would be the right choice on this one pal. Good luck mate

I think casting your net far and wide is a good thing. Youβll soon narrow it down to 3 or 4 surgeons. donβt be frightened to pay for an in person consultation, you are paying for the doctors time and not having a βhair specialistβ give an assessment. you could be a good candidate for a hair transplant. In the U.K. Iβd recommend doctors who do the excision part of the surgery themselves and the incisions if going conventional fue. From what I gather most of the time techs do the implanting. try and pick a doc that will focus on one surgery throughout the day. This way youβll get more time and attention from the surgeon plus theyβll likely be more hands on. If theyβre going between several rooms how much of the work are they really doing/delegating. do you due dilligence make sure you speak to the doctor for a period of time and if you need to have more than one consultation with the doctor then thatβs also fine. Any good doctor will be more than happy to ask any questions you may have. I believe the people you have already contacted are a good selection so donβt feel the need to add any more to the mix. before pulling the trigger let us know how your experience is with each doctor.

Looks good bud, a youthful shape densely packed, I can see that he used a lot of singles on your case, assuming thatβs to match the temple peaks? should be on for a winner here. Keep up posting if you can post on daily basis we are here to help guide you incase of any problems. dr mittal is great. Glad you had a good experience with him. Proof is in the pudding really should get good outcomes. In my opinion youβve chosen one of the best docs in the U.K. at the very least. -
Dr. Pittella - 10.419 grafts - 53 years old.

Damn this is an unbelievable number of grafts. Was it all done in one day? And did they split grafts?
