Dr B Farjo 2996g FUE
HHH replied to Mick from Farjo's topic in Results Posted by Leading Hair Restoration Clinics
Some overhead shots of the crown would be good Mick. Looks like a lot was achieved with 3000 grafts! -
I guess your hairline can be too low! Not that any of us here have that problem lol

1,621 grafts Dr Bisanga - 8th October 2020
HHH replied to garethbale's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Looks fantastic from the pictures buddy, pretty amazing that you can barely see any scalp while facing strong lighting! How old are you? And are you on meds? With such a thick donor and relatively little loss, I think you can easily make the tweaks to the hairline if you wanted (although doesnt look needed!) -

From the updated pics, it doesn't look like you need further improvement as your hair isn't that long and yet you cant see any scalp! Are you happy with the density? -
Your hair looks like native density, would you be able to tell you had a transplant irl/under bright light?

This is amazing progress from month 4 mate. The pictures you've uploaded make it look like you've got a normal fuill head of hair. Do you have any pics with the hair up completely so we can look at the transplanted area?

Oral Minoxidil and Topical Minoxidil together
HHH replied to JoeFromFrisco's topic in Hair Loss Drugs
Not sure tbh, I've been wondering the same thing. How long have you been taking oral minox for- have you noticed any results from taking it or sides? -
Congrats my friend, donor area and density look good so I imagine you'll be a very happy man in 9-12 months! I'll follow your posts- I'm only 2 weeks in front of you with my own procedure. Also agree with JC71 that I like how you put in the areas you feel they can improve on. You never know they might read through this post and implement some of the suggestions? The one point I will say about the co-ordiantor is that depending on the nature of the question, due to time constraints for the doctor it does just make sense to go through the representative eg: for questions like "when can I start using minoxidil post transplant" and other more generic queries.

Cheers man, i'm 13 days in now and tbh you still can't rally tell that i've had anything taken from the donor area so lucky in that regard I guess. 3rd pic is immediately post op the first time, and the one after is the second surgery. Yeah you're right, nothing you can do for at least 9 months before you get an indication of the end result, so not going to worry about it! Thanks dude

Hi buddy, apologies that the pics are a bit unclear (is there a way to add text to them?) 2nd Hair transplant was 12 days ago, current pics are in the bottom 5- very last one is how my hair looks pulled down to disguise the recipient area, then two of the current donor and two of the transplanted area. I've added another to try and clearly show the left hand side. Would you say that the density is sufficient to give a half decent result?

Absolutely, it's always worth trying, and tbh I was on minoxidil for about 5 years before adding fin, think it helped prevent the crown from receding as much as it otherwise might have, although didn't help the front at all. Yeah fair enough on the hair system, I just saw that case earlier and thought it looked good. Doubt that's a route i'd take either. SMP is getting better by the year though so I guess that's an option as well?
