The one I've seen is from the guy with a birth mark, can't find it now. Was definitely posted on this forum though.

This was one but it's been deleted or removed. This has happened a few times now when someone has posted a worse than expected result, very suspicious if you ask me😏 When I say a few I meant for both- 1 each over the last few years so definitely wouldn't let that deter you, I'd say they are about as safe as it gets.

Fair enough, I haven't personally seen any bad ones yet. Have seen a few for Dr Bisanga and Ahmad, but that's in between absolutely loads of world class ones so wouldnt let it put me off personally... no surgeon has a 100% success rate as we know.

I think you look more like old school deniro than he does now! When you say you wear no product, does it naturally grow how it looks in the pics? Great result anyway pal.

For what it's worth, you look great with a buzz cut. IF the meds don't work and a tranplant isnt viable, SMP could make you look great. You've got the jaw and the head shape for it.

Big improvement in the side to side, although lighting does look a bit darker. Surely you can't lose ground with a few days off? I thought the half life is quite long, which is why people see results taking it a couple of times a week?

His work looks really good, love a comb through video as well. I've seen some of his other video results elsewhere, I actually think the donor in a few cases looks stronger after the surgery which is crazy.

I'm aware, just want to know where specifically he learnt and under who, not sure why that's an issue? If he's being doing this for >3 years, then that's only 3 sets of full results that have gone through. I've watched the vids, and yes he looks at ease, but you'd be mad to post a vid on your instagram where you didn't look good and professional. Dr Bisanga worked under Dr C***, Ferreira under Lorenzo (he had already been working for 5+ years at this point). With regards to the comment on a bad result (now deleted) I was trying to find it, not sure where it's gone. I know it's normal in any event. Guy above me had also seen it. If every user just blindly says yes to each recommendation then what even is the point of doing it? I'm sure Melvin's looked into him although at the end of the day, they need new surgeons to keep the business going. The UK is a minefield and arguably a lot worse than Turkey when it comes to poor work and incredible marketing, so I would always be cautious in reviewing them as an addition. Dont personally have any issue with this Dr, and he certainly has great hair! I wish any HT surgeon the best, god knows we need as many competent doctors as possible out there. I've seen a lot of Dr Ahmed's work, he got my vote.

Agreed and I have done that, can't find the one I was looking for and don't have the time to trawl through saved posts. Wasn't necessarily saying it was a bad thing, just wanted to see what was done about it. Even two of the best in the world (Bisanga and Freitas) have a couple. That aside , I still think it's fair to question his experience. Based off his instagram, he was doing various lip treatments in 2019. A few posts mention he used to work through the surgerygroup. Most of the posts i've seen look a bit scripted. I just think it's important to look past the marketing, otherwise why not get a load of Turkish clinics on that have posted fantastic results as well on here as sponsored clinics? Thought the idea was to have the best as this is the biggest forum for HT out there. Personally I'd wait for a few more patient results before adding, but I imagine it's a done deal at this stage.

I'm not specifically talking about Dr Mani here, but yes, if you have very poor density after an op, which isn't sufficient to provide the illusion of hair, then I would say its been a failure. Don't think that's a controversial statement

Yeah fair enough, probably could have phrased it better. I'll dig them out and will send them over to you tomorrow afternoon when I'm at my computer. If density is poor however, I would suggest that does constitute a failure, as that's the whole point of having the op!

How long has he been practising for, and where did he train? Quite a few of his cases do look pre-written/ have that advertisement feel to them.

I agree with you both, and yes we do need to be strict with recommended surgeons. That said, the last thing this guy needs to hear right now is any negative comments, and hopefully in 6 months these grafts will give him the appearance of a full head of hair, as opposed to the diffuse thinning he has. If minox/ fin hasnt regrown it by now, HT does make sense.👍

This is honestly one of the best results i've ever seen... i comment on every one of his reddit updates to say this haha! Just curious how many grafts wer eplaced in the frontal area and how many in the midscalp/crown? His hairline was lowered by at least 2 cm it looks like, with great density, with the rest filled in, seems remarkable that this could be done with only 4100 grafts.

Can you show us the pre op pics please Joe, and then directly after surgery so we can see graft placement? It's hard to advise without that.
