  1. I do notice Finasteride improvement after your one year mark which is cool to see. Mine returned in the same manor. Even if it’s hard to see, you’re now able to apply toppik in a more effective way to the new baby hairs that have come through. Will be following your Dutasteride transition!
  2. Stunning @kirkland Home-run! Is a second procedure necessary you think? I know most here are prepared for that. Would like your thoughts on that, as it seems like you could be a “one and done” candidate.
  3. So this doesn’t even look like a hair transplant. Amazing! Really looking forward to meeting you and the crew in a few weeks bro!
  4. Hi John. Are you going to document your journey? You must be flying out tomorrow! Best of luck
  5. If FIN sides were to creep up over time, what would a “reset” time frame look like to recommence micro-dosing…..7 to 10 day break of no FIN at all? After a year of use at 1mg per day, I fall into the “no real sides” bucket. Sexually functional, lower libido etc. Would it make sense to drop down to .5 to possibly reset to a pre medicated state?
  6. Hi! I’ll be following you there in August and have/had the same questions. Go ahead and read @MazABfull story. It’ll have most of your questions answered. Some like to stay for the professional head washes, and peace of mind/stability for flying back to the US.
  7. That’s a solid result, you must be stoked!! Thanks for the update!!
  8. That’s looking really good in my opinion! You’ll probably go through a shed very shortly, but I’ve got a good feeling about this. I particularly like the jagged (not perfect) hairline. I think that’ll bring natural results.
  9. Definitely don’t rely on the home test. I’ve needed a PCR for everything around flying (and anything official) for that matter. If you find out that a home test will suffice, that’s great. But I wouldn’t rely on that.
  10. I am scheduled for August 11th with Dr. Bansal on the Premium package. I will also have the added bonus of meeting her in New York in A few weeks time. This will be valuable for me to get an in person evaluation from her about my type of hair, and hairline I have in mind. (Blonde, fine to medium etc) Check out all the Eugenix threads here. They have all the great info you need. When are you thinking of getting surgery?
  11. I chose the premium package so that Dr. Bansal would be involved in the crucial steps. The Super Premium has her 100% attention. A few here on the forum that chose the Premium say they’d feel in good hands with the Exclusive package as well.
  12. Hi. Prices have changed a little (gone up). What date did you pull the above totals? Eugenix might also honor previous correspondence for packages discussed at an earlier date (COVID messed a lot of stuff up)
  13. Hi @Berba11 In regard to the saline vigilance - where did you decide to sit on the plane ride home? Were your 2 hour sprays only ever in the plane bathroom? I’m thinking of taking the outside seat right by the toilet for this reason…..unless I’m completely over thinking that. (I’ll be flying back to New York)
  14. Awesome DHT!! I did this very thing for a year to make sure I was ok on meds (as most of us have to commit for life) so why not right? I grew a Norwood back, and Dr. Bansal has way more to play with now. Great choice!
  15. This looks fantastic! I've reread your journey and definitely understand your initial concerns regarding the U-shaped design - and also the fact that "just having a hairline again" was muddying the waters when comparing buzz cuts. This 6 month update gets rid of that initial u-shape. What I would like to know is if you intend to go back to a 3 guard just for a look? I know @NARMAK mentioned something funny about transplantees wanting to immediately buzz it back down, but I think that might be something that I would prefer down the road. Your hair looks incredible right now, and the transplant was a success. Hats off to the Eugenix team!
  16. Looking great! I’m surprised you had this amount of hair pre-op! What Norwood are you?…….or “were you” 🤪
  17. Such a great thread. Hats off to OP for giving such a detailed account. Shame it’s all come to an end. So what I’m about to say is by no means to disparage OP, as I think for the most part, many people would be satisfied with this result. But for me personally, this is the image that scares me. I would take a completely bald head over this hands down. I’ve got some serious thinking to do before my 1st August surgery.
  18. Awesome Narmak! Can’t wait to see your results in the thread. I’m over there in August, but wanted to check on your Visa. Most of the latest articles I’ve ready for India still state that a medical - and not travel - visa is required. Is that what you decided on? Also, are you going to shoot for a 6 or 6.5cm hairline?
  19. Yep. Count yourself lucky that you found this forum, as I imagine many other younger guys wish they did post Turkey. Transplants are available medication free, but just be prepared for 2 to 4 surgeries as you age. Are you able to try meds to see how you’ll respond? I jumped on 1mg of Fin and Minoxidil foam for a year just to see. No real side effects (I was worried) I got a lot of hair back, and my Eugenix surgery in August will be significantly cheaper. You’re in good hands here.
  20. This looks good! How many months are you in, and what meds are you taking?
  21. Yep! Shower, towel dry, blow dry into desired shape, water based mud/paste for texture, then spray or light gel for hold.
