Yeh generally people get to knw the trajectory around 6 months...bt its jst tht as few people are there who r slow growers and at ths moment its the only hope ...u cannot do anything at ths time other thn hoping tht u r one of them and keep patience for around 2 more months and evrythng will get clear thn ....lets hope for the best...

Good tht u r on finasteride ....u cn evn consider oral minoxidil after consulting your surgeon ..it will help to make your hair thicker and fuller and give you more coverage ...

Yeh i understand ur concern bt still i jst feel tht u shud give a bit of time to it...i agree tht thr isnt tht much growth bt may be u r one of those slow grower ..and u shud contact ur doctor and ask for his advice ...if it stays same after a month or two thn its very concerning

Yeh i think it will fill out the sparse area cause generally people start seeing good growth after 5 months and seeing your 6 months post op pic you are right on track as i can see the growth starting to take place and from now on it will grow as a faster pace and will look dense ..people gets growth till 16-18th months ..so u have lot of time to get good growth...keep medication on...are you on minoxidil and finasteride both? And oral or topical form?

As @Gatsby mentioned dr bicer is a good surgeon...i also like work or dr pekiner and evn saw many good results frm dr turan as well... Bt y u want to explore for your options from turkey only...turkey have good doctors and rest of the world too have many good ones which u cn consider ..why making your options limited just by curtailing yourself to one country ...explore more and broaden your bucket...

Can u please post ur scalp pics for better understanding ur situation and hairloss .... First of all start medication (oral or topical minoxidil and finasteride/dutasteride ) asap after consulting a good doctor ....u cn consider prp therapy along with medication and ths combo really helps in diffused thinning ...prp will boost up ur existing miniaturised grafts and make it fuller and will give u more coverage and medication will help keeping tht graft fuller and thicker and also will help u preserve ur existing hair...do this for 6-8 months and thn see how it goes....u may nt even need a surgery of u r not diffused extensively and if ur body adapts to the medication and therapy ...
