@iKelia yeh its seems you dont need hair transplant ...start medication and see how it appears after 6 months..u cn also consider prp if ur hair on the top are geting fine...thn aftr 6 months u think tht u still need a transplant thn too dont lower ur hair so much .. That would look unnatural ...jst lower a bit and cn work on ur temples a bit and u r all done...

@vanilia your case is ofcourse not a repair one..as all said..its just that you need 2nd procedure for the satisfactory appearance ...u r correct that why shud u stop medication if it doesnt cause any adverse effects to u...keep on medication and i wud suggest even an oral minoxidil after consulting a surgeon ..and evn prp therapy ...you cn try to avoid surgery but if the appearance really concerns you thn go for it..and yeh from your pics i guess around 1000-1200 would be fine considering your thickness of hair which is reflecting in ur pics...

@manwithaplan considering your age whervr you go plz go for a conservative approach and future loss in mind...specially whn u go to turkey...dont go like 5k grafts in one procedure ....and dnt be on and off from medication..use finasteride and minoxidil if you dnt find any adverse effects ....there are many good doctors in the recommended list who have produced good results and who have appropriate charges...look thm and analyse them ... I guess seeing the demand we should even make a list of surgeons called "budget stars" ...wht do u say @Melvin- Moderator Just a suggestion on a lighter note..😄

@Henry its really difficult to grow like really grown up..and evn if anyone suggest that i wud rather advise you to preserve you grafts for future loss whnevr you go the surgery ...and specially if you are under 35...just go for a bit of conservative approach and plan for long term...and yeh try medication and prp and laser therapy ..in diffuse thinning medication and prp works well...

@Sean9058need more pictures without toppik...and its great that you started medication ...that helped you to preserve you grafts...i would say you can even consider oral minoxidil and prp sessions before going for surgery cause both minoxidil and prp wud thicken you hair and may be you can avoid surgery 😊

@Happychap Dont know why people say money dont matter...it always matter who dont have enough...and as you said you would end up loosing all your savings doing it with dr laorwong thn other elite doctors are out of the league ...and even i have seen bad results from all the elites so no1 could guarantee a perfect outcome... Here you asked for suggestions as u already made up your mind that you wanna go for a surgery ..now the point is about your budget ..you have a budget and everyone has that and considering that we have to give our suggestions from our knowledge and understanding...and ths forum has made a list of suggested doctors so that you can choose from that...if someone choose a doctor from this list and still people would say dont go with anyone other thn 2-3 elite doctor thn what is the meaning of this recommended doctors list...thn thr shud be only 3-4 doctors in the list and no1 else..when some1 ask for some suggestions thn plz suggest him and dont make him more confused ... You have few good options which would fit your budget and even you wont compromise on quality - Eugnix in india (can go for package in which dr das is performing the surgery) , Dr Laorwong from thailand , dr yaman from turkey , dr turan from turkey , dr Camacho from bogota , dr nader from Mexico...and evn if someone from the forum knw abt any othr doctors tht i have mentioned thn feel free to suggest him so he could compare their results and take decision ...
