Yeh ofcourse thr r many surgeons who dnt do free consultation ....bt recently i have seen good work frm him and i think he is worth considering in UK..

In ur case i guess fut+fue+bht with medication ... I guess u have created a new thread ...u already created a thread prior to this.. Frm ur pics it looks like thr are some gaps in ur donor area ...u shud cut ur hair a bit short so tht they dont lay over the sparse area and thn click ur pics and post it so can get better idea of the scalp...cause i feel ur donor may nt be fit enough for a surgery ....

Dr farjo...dr arshad...dr mani mittal...all ths surgeon are worth considering .... Y jst narrowing your search to one particular country ..even if u r frm uk u can at least travel around in Europe for ur surgery and thn ur options wud get wide open ...jst check out the recommended surgeon list on this forum..u will get a better idea frm tht And plz post ur scalp pics so people can get idea about ur present condition 😊

Thts an awesome result...and tht too with just 2k grafts...extremely natural and soft hairline ...if i wud cherry pick a mistake thn as someone mentioned i too feel tht if temple grafts wud have been taken from above the ear donor thn it might have blended well thn ths...those seems to be take from the nap area which is around neck and thts why they are darker....bt still a surgeon of his stature would be having better understanding thn me... Bt loved the all over result...enjoy ur new hair..😊

Thts good tht u r willing to wait till 12 months...thn u will get the clear picture of ur donor as well as the implanted grafts ..both are really good surgeons bt i just have a bit more confidence in dr bisanga....bt u cn choose anyone frm thm and u wont be wrong... If u wanna go for fut thn u cn consider dr wong..dr konior..dr bloxham...and for fue thr are many other options u cn consider from....i dnt have any knowledge abt the surgeon u mentioned so i cant comment on him/her...here thr is a recommended doctors list..u shud go through that thn shortlist 4-5 doctors from thm after seeing their results and thn consult all of them and talk to their patients and thn take ur decision .... Should not do it in a hurry ..should take ur time cause more time will lead u with more knowledge and understanding and more clarity ... If u want to do something in hurry thn i wud say u can start medication asap...😊

Yeh considering the number of grafts taken out and the trauma to the scalp by tht...this isnt too much of shock loss..donor looking really good at jst 20 days post op

Any updates ?from ur last pics and as u mentioned in ur post tht new hairs are coming am hoping tht u will get an acceptable out ..and tht wud be good considering the image of the clinic i got reading earlier post..actually nt tht great doctors can also produce acceptable results bt thr is ofcourse a lesser chance...and i hope u be amongst tht lesser chance guy... Very densely packed and it needed to be to match density if ur existing hairs..ur hair looks enough thick to give u a very good density and tht too whn they are so dense packed .. How many grafts per/cm2? Are you on medication ?

Nothng to worry abt..they produce good results ...thrz always an off result frm evry clinic...even i saw someone needed a touch up surgery frm dr couto tht means his first surgery didnt go well. So ths thngs happen and no one cn guarantee an outcome of surgery as thr are many factors involved in it... bt one thing which shud be assured of is tht a surgeon shud stand behind the patients in any condition ... Which package did u choose ?

U r lucky As u didnt face too much of shockloss ...its 4.5 months and u will start geting growth frm now on cause mostly evryone start geting growth after 4 months till 14-16 months...and its important tht u dont loose ur existing hair in permanent shock loss...bt as u saying u didnt face such a shock loss ..thn nothng to worry about...

Medication works well in diffused hairloss ...u cn try prp therapy and be on finasteride and minoxidil and i guess u will nt need surgery ...try ths first .. Yeh a genuine surgeon will give u a good advice..Choosing a bad surgeon would not only give u a bad result bt cn make the situation worse ...so aftr medication and prp if u need transplant thn find a good surgeon ...u can consult surgeons from the recommended list on this forum and thn cn take ur decision

Thn start medication if u dnt find any side effects..tht wud be helpful ...lucky u dont have family history ...thn dont worry..now its already done...nw u focus on achieving good results by doing proper aftercare and keep medication on to stabilise ur further loss...😊

I dont think so...bt u can get some approximate idea ...and it can warry a bit when u go for a surgery....and what medication are u on? And if the hair fall is so vigorous thn u should consult a doctor first for your hairfall to settle down ..after tht u shud think of a surgery...
