  1. You're very welcome. Thanks for accomadating me here on this site. Its been a journey
  2. Looking good bro. Hopefully it will make you very happy Don't be bumping your head though lol.
  3. I just checked there. They took some grafts over to the right side too.
  4. Cool. Thanks bro. I decided not to go gor Bicer because she qouted me too many grafts and it didn't seem right. She estimated I would beed two transplants in 12 months. The first with 3,000+ grafts and the second with an unknown estimate of grafts. That was just too high for my liking. I whittled it down to Dr Saifi and Dr Anastasakis, and in the end I chose Saifi because people on this forum said he was good.
  5. Ouch! Did his head bleed when he dropped the phone on it? That is so scary 😥
  6. Looks nice buddy. I hope it works out really for you. In 9 months you might have a lot of new female fans 😀
  7. Hi guys, Its well over 24 hours since I finished my transplant now. The head here is wet because I literally just sprayed it. Is everything looking normal? I put the spray bottle too close to my head earlier and incidentally bumped it off my head 😭 I also bent over to pick up a book on the airplane today and incidentally made contact with the seat in front of me, again giving the head a little bump. I was told that I might get away lucky without damage following those bumps because no blood was drawn. I didn't spray the head for a whole 3 hours on one of the flights home but apart from that I've sprayed it an average of once every hour all day today. Its looking very red in general, red like a raw steak. There's not a lot of thick scabs, mostly blotches of dry blood. Does everything seem to be alright at this point? Have I sprayed enough? Will those two bumps ruin any grafts? 😭 Scary times guys! Scary!
  8. It says on the post-op instructions not to be out in the sun after the op, and it also says stay safe from rain and snow. I assume harsh wind is bad too. Should you stay indoors until it is dark out or when they say avoid sunlight does that mean avoid very very hot sunlight, or does it mean stay out of the light? This time in winter in the morning and at about noon the sunlight can shine in very bright especially with no leaves on trees and what not. It is cold but the sun shines for a few hours during the day. Also rain and snow, I was walking from the taxi to the hotel after transplant in Poland last night and lots of flakes of snow fell on my head. I assume this will not destroy anything?
  9. Interesting. Thanks for your input. How important is it to keep the grafts moist and how often would you reccomend spraying in order to achieve efficient moistness? It was impossible to spray every hour today because I was moving through airports, sitting on airplanes and then commuting home via car. I sprayed once this morning. I sprayed once or maybe twice at the first airport. I sprayed once again at the second airport. Then I did not spray for about 4 hours, until I got home. When I got home I sprayed once then took a nap. Sprayed again when I woke up. Had dinner and sprayed again. Now I have just sprayed it again. I'll spray a few times more before I try to sleep for the night. My salty water ran out so now I just have regular water from the shower. Should a spoonful of salt to it? If I miss a lot of spraying will my grafts dehydrate and die?
  10. Wow! That's a unique approach. I'm glad it worked well for you.
  11. I am going to do my best to bump no more. I am home and safe now 🙌 I just hope to God the two bumps I had earlier have not disrupted anything.
  12. You can never be too safe 🤷🏻‍♂️ Especially when it seems we are prone to bumping our heads and what not. Your decision to avoid the bath was a safe move. I just hope to God I didn't damage any grafts with those two head bumps earlier 🙈
  13. Cool! That's very interesting. I onky had my transplant 24 hours ago though 😭 I'd be heartbroken if a bunch of grafts have been damaged. Heartbroken.
  14. Cool. So its mostly to do with getting the scabs off nice and easy? I'm spraying every 2 - 3 hours or thereabouts.
  15. You didn't spray at all? So perhaps spraying is not totally super important, but yes I'm going to do it anyway as its in my instructions.
  16. I've been getting at them every 2 - hours with the salty water thus far. According to my instructions I should give myself a rinse with shampoo and water via a jug/cup now. Of course I'll be very careful if I go for a wash now. Leaving the hair to air dry is what I've been doing. Cool
  17. I've been at it every two to three hours today. If you put the nozzle too close to the head is it risky? My spray bottle is shit and water splashes out of it. Did you wait until day 7 to wash? HRBR recommend washing after 4 days but Dr Saifi says do it after 1 day. It's so confusing 😥 Do you dry your head with a towel after spraying? I haven't been drying at all, I just let it dribble off me, not sure if I should be doing that though.
  18. Are you serious? Wow! This hair transplant business really is risky Here we have a man who woke himself up itching his grafts out and I'm just after having two bumps before even arriving home I'm a light sleeper so I might be ok for the belt but that does sound like a good idea man. I had to take two flights home and it was a bit stressful and there was a lot of rushing around with my two bags and now I'm genuinely worried that my heart and blood pressure went up too much today and I'd wonder would that affect the grafts, because, I'm told to avoid heavy exercise for 3 weeks. Airports are stressful.
  19. I tried not to focus too much on how other people were observing me. I didn't notice any outrageous looks though, although I'm sure people probably thought I was a Norwod maniac. The hotel reception kind of looked like she was about to laugh and a security guard at customs looked at me for ages while checking my passport. Apart from that everything was grand. I had a big bag that said Saifi Hair Clinic too 😂 When I was taking my coat on and off I was doing real carefully to avoid rubbing my grafts I'd say that looked funny. I had a transfer to donandca lot of walking around with my two bags, so much so that now I'm worried that I exercised too much today and it might upset the grafts.
