  1. Wow. Ok, I see, I see. I'm starting to think mine aren't growing or its looking like there's less there than 2,040. Maybe that's just the mind playing tricks on me?
  2. Cool man. What's the difference like between 6 and 12 months?
  3. No worries. Thanks buddy. Its hard to believe that losing a graft can bd so obvious with regards to blood loss - cool! Its defo normal to worry a bit post-op. Another thing I'd like to know is how soon do the new hairs fall out? Can some of them fall out within the first couple of days and would that be normal? I don't know if some of my hairs have fallen out yet, but I defo think many of them look like they've not grown and some of them maybe look like they have grown. Its such a weird, nerve-wracking scary thing! 😂
  4. Melvin, that's an absolutely awesome informative video bro. Thanks for that. I think I can alleviate my fears a little now lol.
  5. Would you notice grafts falling out or getting damaged, or can it sometimes go undetected? I know if you bump the grafts you can expect to see bleeding, but could you lose grafts in a strong gust of wind, or if you splashed water on them too hard, or if you rubbed them off your pillow in your sleep? If you were to lose grafts like this would theybdrift away without you even noticing you've lost a precious graft?
  6. Indeed. By Sunday I will be at day 10 but I am going to play it super safe until next Thursday, at that stage I will be 2 weeks out of surgery.
  7. Mate that is brilliant informative information. Thanks very much! Would you know are the temporal peaks more sensitive than the hair on the top? I had two small bumps on day 1 - 3 but people here have told me I might be ok because I didn't bleed. On day 4 - 8 I've had a few minor instances of touching the recipient area with my hand. I kind of rubbed one of the temporal peaks once or twice I am a bit paranoid about that. I'm 7 days out of surgery so getting closer and closer to safety now thank God.
  8. I had FUE last week and I've been doing my best not to irritate the grafts at all since then. I'm just wondering how sensitive to disruption are they? I know they get less sensitive over time, like, at 14 days you can wash and touch them without doing much damage, but, at earlier junctures how delicate are they and how much (or how little) force will destroy them? Are the temporal points more sensitive? I've touched, rubbed, poked and bumped recipient areas over these last 7 days. I haven't done it much and I haven't made very forceful contact but its natural to wonder, right?!
  9. Wow! 6th. Amazing! You are a regular customer lol.
  10. I didn't know they were totally closed off but of course I'm not surprised. It looks like the world will soon be on the upswing though so maybe you'll get there quicker than you think
  11. Try not to worry. You're rockin' the comb-forward. Embrace it bro 🤣
  12. You're very welcome! I'll pray for your result to turn out really really good. I actually explored and considered HDC myself when shopping around. They seem like a really good choice. Everything will be hunky dory with a bit of growth in 8 weeks or so.
  13. Yeah best of luck at Eugenix John. I hope it all goes well for you.
  14. Ah now I remember you telling me about your HT. I think it looks good so far. It looks like you've got some good tidy dense packing and everything looks clean and healthy. I like your attitude to everything too, its upbeat and funny I hope your HT blossoms into a totally awesome result man. We are both looking fairly odd right now 😂
  15. Ok right I'm happy enough with the donor area, its just the all important recipient neighbourhood that has me anxious, but I guess the anxiety is natural. So long as it looks ok then I can relax. I just thought I'd see more hair growing by now. Remind me of where/what procedure you had again? Your methods for coping through these tough times sound very helpful 😂
  16. Its so annoying isn't it. We have to go through this proper shit stage first before anything good happens. I'd probably have a mental breakdown if it doesn't come out well.
  17. I see I see. Interesting. I wish 8 months would hurry up so I can see the result already 😭
  18. Really yeah? If you are right then that is good. I'm not so much worried about the donor area, I just hope the recipient area is as it should be. Would one notice if grafts were missing or if anything was going wrong at this stage? I've highlighted a little bit on the left side that seems to either have a bigger crack in the scab or its more bare, I'm not sure. I hope its normal though.
  19. Hi guys, can anyone tell me if everything is looking normal at this juncture. I am now exactly 1 week out of Dr Saifi's operating chair following 2,040 FUE follicles. The donor area looks to be healing ok but there is still little flecks of scabbing in it and a very mild bruising sensation that is fading away. I stopped spraying yesterday after 5 days of very regular spraying. I wash/shampoo daily with mild shampoo by pouring 4 or 5 cups of shampoo over my head and letting it dry naturally. I'm finding it hard to see much growth activity in the recipient areas, perhaps because my hair is blonde, very very short and mixed with scabs right now? As for the scabbing in the recipient area there are cracks between scabby areas. I assume this is normal? There is some mild bruising arond the temporal points which doesn't worry me. I have not worn any hats, I've mostly stayed indoors in my room. I'll continue to take it easy for another week at least. I hope everything is going as it should be but I have a few little worries. I had two small bumps coming home last week. I hope this didn't ruin anything. Also I have accidently touched a small part of the grafted area - the back left part - once or twice by putting my hand on my head. I also patted a bit of my head on day 4/5 after waking up. I might have touched one of the temporal areas too at one stage. I've been trying my best to sleep on my back so I'm hoping I haven't rolled my head into the pillow too hard. Does everything seem ok or could I be missing grafts? Would grafts have fallen out in the shower when I'm pouring water over my head, or could any have rubbed out onto my pillow if I was rolling around at night?
  20. Interesting. Its a crazy minefield out there isn't it. I've heard of those doctors/clinics. I've heard of a few doctors/clinics in Turkey that have legitimate qualifications but even some of the professionals with good qualifications have bad reviews. To be honest I just simply wouldn't reccomend Turkey at all for a hair transplant. I know that you can possibly get an awesome transplant in Turkey but the risk of a bad one is just too high. If somebody told me they are going to Turkey for a hair transplant I would immediately assume that they are shopping on the lowest possible budget and I would reccomend exploring tons and tons of other options from all over the world before making their final decision.

  22. Wow. Crazy stuff. It kind of beggars belief that Floyd Mayweather - a billionaire sports icon - would go to Istanbul for a cheap hair transplant.
  23. You're very welcome. I'm glad you're feeling well supported here. Out of curiosity do you know what size is there punch tool? I can understand how you might be feeling a bit raw and vulnerable. Rest up, refresh yourself and things will start looking brighter again soon. I definitely do you think you should get the message out into the media be it on newspapers or TV. People will thank you for it. It is so scary what they are doing. You say there are bloggers and vloggers talking about how good this place is - I just can't understand that. How are they getting such high praise when they are a dangerous scam. With regards to Cinik and Turkey in general I am sceptical of the hair transplant industry there. It seems to have a reputation for being risky. Even Cinik does not have many traceable qualifications. Anyway I wish you well brother. Talk any time. Ross.
