    I would stay away from Dr. Yaman bro. Fuecapilar: Their two doctors are ethical, good donor management and give pretty good results for the price. So to be a low cost clinic is a decent and safe bet I'm not really sure about Dr. Bicer since I have not seen enough patients reviews from her versus fuecapilar. but she is a an ethical lady and the few results has been good.

    I am 100% agree with you here. The forum here should be a place where noobs can come in, choose a doctor from the "recommended list" and know that he is in safe hands and with the best of the best. This is done by making strong demands for good results over several years with testimonies from different patients in different forums. There is no shortage of doctors on the "recommended list" so there is no need to take a chance and accept anyone here.

    His results is amazing but as @moe007wrote, a certain standard should be meet before geeting recommended here - just my opinion too. We need unbiased results too from his patients, either from reddit-posts, here or some places and i have not seen it so far honestly

    This is a repair case since you are doing BHT to a scar and therefore i would never sacrificed 1500 healthy beard grafs in a clinic such as Cinic or Yaman. I know you wrote that money is a issue. Have you looked at Pekiner? Have seen really good works from him on repair cases on the donor area. What about Bicer?

    That is nicee. Use Finasteride and meaby oral minoxidil in 1 year and then reassess? You can also use this thread as update on your progress with those medication

    The spanish doctors such as De freitas is really good at curly hairs. Have you tried talking with them? I have previously recommended Mwamba, but honestly I will not do it anymore due to my experience with the clinic and their customer care.

    Honestly, It is not a good idea at all . The first thing he should do is stabilize his hair loss by using finasteride or DUT for a year and reassess after that. He has more to lose by doing a 2nd hair transplant in this situation sooner than later
