  1. Hey guys this is my video thanks for showing support I can say I've had 3 total procedures and the scarring doesn't look much different if anything the pattern as gotten better and that is more important than seeing the white dots.. for a few reasons but in the end I am happy with my results and 100% realize that scars are unavoidable. plus for fairness these photos are 4k ultra close up in ultra intense light. + I show the worst case scenario angle and lighting wise so your never shocked ... the dr you choose is very important for this but in the end I planned from the start to get Smp when im down so I can shave to skin currently a 3 or 4 shows 0 scars after 7500 grafts 3 if you dont know what your looking for 4 even if you are a dr its nearly impossible average Joe wouldn't notice at a 3 is the point maybe stretching it a 2... might just look like a not great hair cut. 1000000 % worth it and once I do Smp it'll look like the day I started basically I hope this helps
  2. I want to be clear this is not meant to be negative I am genuinely curious he has had EXTREME Norwood 6-7 mega session reversal of 6000-10000 graft transplant surpassing the 50% graft taking ratio from donor regions and I have only seen positive results he seems to be a top tier 99th percentile surgeon I just am in shock of his technique and because its soooo amazing I am skeptical which I know isn't fair to the dr but you have to be in this day and age. please share all positive experiences also lets keep this factual thanks guys!
  3. I agree with @JoeMan you have a great plan I wish everyone thought about the surgeries they are going to get the way you did and took time to research more . you have a great plan I know you will have an amazing result im excited for you! please share your results when you do go as for the confidence situation I know this will help greatly if you'd like to talk to me in private message me I know some overall business/ psych techniques that will at the start will be hard but I promise it will make you a confident person before the hair comes in and when it does you will just be a super star! to answer the grey hairs question ima assume it depends on the dr but no harm in being a silver fox women dig it and you can dye it later...
  4. you should be find but at the same time knowing upfront is always the best thing I have 0 regrets I look `10 times better with hair then being able to do high skin fades
  5. oops sorry didn't get to that but his budgets pretty good 15-20k could get him several top drs that I can think of for his graft needs.... at 5-6 a graft that means 2500 grafts is 12.5k-15k and for 3500 grafts 17.5k-21k ... to drs in the Usa that can do these prices obviously I can from personal experience say dr panine in Chicago and side note for him If you go in for 2000 or 2500 for first surgery hes known for grabbing extra100-300 grafts to ensure best results with out charging any difference... for example my first surgery at 15k usd was for 2500 grafts I got 2650 the second surgery was the same 2500 graft but I got 2800 grafts... so 5450 grafts at a charge of 30k would have cost 3k more Hassan and wong I believe is 6 a graft in Canada and I think an office in Seattle there are several other great drs that are in same price range... I am not familiar with European pricing I'll check the people you listed out I love to learn more about everything in the industry ... to clarify my original statement was really just because some people dont pay attention (not you) but other readers may just look at our convo and look up drs over seas see a good price and be like Nice lets do that and not follow the simple rules to avoid a mistake.... im no dr but he may be able to do 2500 grafts with a dr get 100-300 extra free be at the low end of his money spend and wait a year to see how it looks saving donor area and then choosing how greedy to get with density because a good dr may be able to make him look great at 2500-2800 grafts depending on expectations max density is rarely possible in single session based on our hopes and dreams
  6. Many marketing tactics say there is not scarring for FUE , no matter what you do there is scarring it gets better with time but in the end you are removing a hair root and like moving a tree from a forest to your yard that depletes density in the forest and leaves a mark... in the end getting a dr that does an awesome job so that in normal day to day life you cant see the scarring is key . also a good dr won't over harvest you which is something to be avoided at all costs!!! for clarification this video is taken in lighting that is basically studio level to show everything even more and it also is taken at every angle to be brutal in regular lighting and scenarios it looks much better but I wanted to be blunt about the reality of scarring since people dont know the truth of it alot of the time. Also as long as you dont get over harvested you can go get SMP which allows you to hide the scarring fully and increase visual density of hair on your skin but realize it is expensive and needs touch ups ever 5 years approximately. along with choosing a skilled SMP Artist you can just tat random dots on and hope it looks good. RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH thats the name of the game with hair when you think you know what your talking about keep an open mind and talk to 10 more people... til you find something new you learned. cheers guys, let me know any questions and feed back you have!
  7. I agree I've seen many surgeons work and dr Panine is top notch also alot of people aren't aware of what real mills do ... education in hair transplants is partially controlled by false marketing ...
  8. yes I think I just irritated my head for a few min I dragging trimmer over it as it normally isn't red... I'll post a forum on this also
  9. hmm there is something to be said for travel and there are great drs everywhere but you need to be extremely careful of sales tactics, ensuring its a dr that has done 500+ surgeries himself that the dr only does 1 patient per day, and is able to give 3+ past clients to you as referrals to call and talk to I have many other qualifications but these first few help stop you getting stuck with a ht farming company that won't be invested in your success.... in the end I think money is less important than having a dr you can call and talk to anytime your concerned and one that does quarterly check ups on you! the service and trust you have in the dr will keep your mind at ease through the first few months and first year as results grow in.... no money is worth being scared it failed for 5 months thats just torment. again the right dr is everything!
  10. agreed unless you have a top 1% dr going past 3000 grafts is risky to say the least... also ultra dense pack isn't always smart if you have future hairloss to come better to do multiple sessions as you lose hair so you can ensure the end goal is overall looking great
  11. I have to agree with you dr K Is awesome but to expensive Dr Panine is local of Chicago and in my opinion as good or better he also he did my hair transplants, you can see my one year results here is a link I had way more loss than you and he did 2650 grafts... Hassan and wong was my second choice as long as these drs are the ones your looking into then that tells me you have done good research and found quality drs I look forward to seeing which dr you do and the results!
  12. I am month 4.5 and its just starting to grow in and I know how that feels this is my second surgery the journey is a difficult waiting game when you are impatient ahah thats why its important to choose a dr you trust so you aren't stressing for 12 months. I am currently researching some things that should improve growth rates and have cool case studies! but in the end full results take 12+ months thats just how hair grows! good luck on your journey !
  13. hey as with anything there is no guarantee, but this is not abnormal at all from what I have seen after the hair is transplanted some continues to grow others dont then most to all of them fall out including some of the native hair in that region due to trauma of the surgery. there is no need for concern at such an early stage by month 6 you should be able to judge better on your results but dont forget it can take 12-24 months for FULL Results . there are ways to promote the process to be quicker once your scalp is headed from surgery maybe lets say month 3 consult your dr about doing derma rolling once a week this can help speed the regrowth process... also a simple thing to do after month one is scalp massage for 5 min 1-2 times a day this can help promote blood flow and make hair wake up quicker and healthier best part its free! I hope this helps just be careful your first month of healing and always consult your dr with all concerns!
  14. love this video I feel like I get lots of comments about this also so im glad you made the video also people dont realize that pimples after a transplant from ingrown hair is very very common and to be expected!
  15. hmm, I mean I obviously disagree when the hair is grown out ... but all hair transplants are obvious when you shave them to a 0 theres no way to do = density across a large Norwood 6-7 area theres not enough grafts... its all about making it look good when its growing.
