Oh I understand. Well money goes normally with quality but not always. Plus its about 3800 € or more cause the blood test and medication are not inlcuided. This is a new doctor who has worked with De Freitas for 2 years, then in other clinic and now she has her new and own clinic. She is starting and still young, therefore she can not charge as much. But if you see her cases you freak out. Is not 100% sure yet but she will most likely be my choice.

Dr. Couto is even more expensive than HLC but he is probably just the best in the world. I see why you think those pics lool better but thing is that lighting and the way you show the hair affects a lot. I havent seen any improvement since month 7 and then maybe it was to early to say that the result is not enough but now at month 10 and a half well, it should be different. My personal opion. Ofc you can dissagree on it.

Yeah. I dont care about the doctor. I just give objective info. Responsability is HLC's not the doctor himself. Maybe he is the best one and I am just the exception. But I dont care about other results. I care about mine.

HLC finally called today. We agree on waiting until february for completing the 12 months and then I would send them pics. But I already express them that I dont feel confident on going to do a repair, even if free, to HLC based on current experience. And that I would preffer a partial refund. I guess I will get back here once february comes and see what happens. Whatever decision they take I can share it here. I really hope they agree to a partial refund since I believe is the most professional response to a case like this. That would speak good on them.

Man upload if you may oficial pics of the clinic so we can prove that it was done there. I trust you. But just to make it official. I know a friend that could share this case.

I have no idea. Maybe some doctor is worse than others. Maybe when they have a bad day they operate worse. Who knows. But if you did all the things they told you to do after, as I did in my case, then its their fault. And they should compensate you.

Then dont hesitate in publishing your case and make all the reviews they deserve in every plataform you can.

They are such a joke of clinic they didnt even reply my email although they replied inmediately to a video I did with a friend who is a youtuber and speaks about clinics all around the world, cause we said on the video that we wouldnt recommend it anymore although we never said it was a bad clinic.

You need to ask yourself if you did all the things they told you for the post operator. If you did then its their fault.

This is very unfortunate. I have had a very similar problem. Do you have pics of your donnor SHAVED? my doctors were Cengiz and Umut. And my bad side is the one Umut did. I dont see AT ALL the high density this clinic claims to work with. It is such a big dissapointment for me and, if I were you, I wouldnt go to a free repair there. Just ask for your money back and go to a good clinic.

I agree that every FUE leaves scar. Totally. I dont understand though why a clinic that is supposed to be a High Quality one makes extractions so close to the point that leave long lines as in my case. My initial budget was 4000€ and I decided to choose quality and waited and worked my ass off to increase it till 8000€. I dont see that quality now. Not in the extractions, not in the implanted area.

And about the donnor. I know for a fact that an excellent doctor wouldnt have make the extraction points this close. Some are so close they form very unpleasent lines. And there is still big area that remains untouched.

Cotellessa will be for 2000 grafts 3800€. If more then 5000€ up to 3500 grafts. And I believe that HLC should refund maybe not the total, the 8000€, but at least about 5000€. More than half. Not only cause the survival was poor. But also cause they have wasted my limited grafts and the donnor could have been treated better. I dont know if HLC does refunds but Im 100% sure they dont give me confidence for a reparation with them, even if free. Cause I dont care about other cases, I care about mine.

month 10 ok! So far not much improvement. I have added the oral minoxidil to the treatment (so far 1mg finasteride + topical minoxidil 5% + oral minoxidil). At month 10 I can say I am dissapointed with the clinic. I am awared of that some people here dont share my feeling but thats ok. Im not looking for understanding either. I just feel that I can be demanding to a clinic that claims to be that high quality as HLC and that costs that much. I have been patient with my left side (the one done by Dr. Umut, which has poor density) but still it hasnt improved that much. My hair is longer, but the result its still mediocre for a clinic that is supposed to be as good as HLC. I have paid about 8000€ after all. At this point I have written to the clinic and also sent some pics of specially this area, since I am unhappy, and I hope we can get into an agreement in returning at least partially some money, since so far the clinic doesnt give me confidence enough for a second procedure. My reparation is expected to happen in Spain with dra. Cotellessa. She saw me last week and told me that we will need at least 1000 grafts to cover the lack of density that HLC was unable to fulfill. And then other 1500 grafts if I want to lower a bit the line and close good my temples. Yes. I regret going to HLC although i am also awared that my case is not a disaster. And that the hairline looks natural. I know that people like to see happy patients but I preffer to show honesty. And I dont care about other cases of the clinic. I care about mine. And about those coments who suggest to be realistic: yes. For me being realistic is that if a clinic that works on 50 grafts/cm2 in order to do "dense packing" that then I will have a dense hair surface. Which so far I dont, specially by the left side worked but dr. Umut. And at month 10 I doubt it will improve what it hasnt improved in the last 3 months.

Thanks man. I believe this is an excellent coment and I agree with it. The thing is that if we, for example, take a look at this video: that makes us believe that we can reach a great area with just 4000 grfs. I believe my alopecia before was less agressive than this guy's. And with almost 3200 i should have got at least my temples lower and more closed. In the email they said between 2600 and 3000. Maybe my growth is fine by month 8 but im sure that other doctors would have done more with those 3200 grafts. As I said. This is my opinion and personal feeling. Im in my right to expres it as well as you are all right to disagree.

Yes you should man. Cause everyone has HLC as the elite of hair transplant and in my opinion they are not. Show ur case, put the pics you have showed me plus ones from the clinic if you have. In ur case, imo, being a difuse they should have let y do medical treatment before at least 6 or 9 months.

Ofc im in my right to be perfectionist!. And actually I believe is bettee now than when I was 16 since I always has big forehead and entrances. But I see the area they covered looks small for 3150 grafts

She has been with Freitas about 2 years, then about other 2 at clinica Zira, and now last month she opened her new clinic Cotellessa-Awada, im Valencia. She is very very promising

Cotellessa worked with Freitas 2 years as extractor. In my opinion she is better. Just that Freitas has more popularity, fame and experience.

I would add I believe the donnor could have been treated better. It is a good donnor still, but for an elite clinic I would have expected the white dots a little bit more separated. I see many so together they form lines.
