in that case I would book appointment with Couto. i believe list is closed now but reopens in January -
For me this is the magic of Couto. I see he needs less than others for same results. If u check De Freitas's clients you see He gets great results as well, but you dont see much temple work or any at all, and also you see Freitas uses more grafts. Just to compare with another great doctor.

YES! The donnor doesnt look amazing imo, just OK, but that has nothing to do with Couto. Already before his surgery it basically looked the same at that short because of my previous surgery at HLC in Turkey.

oh sorry. Yes I did one prp sesion before the surgery, I have the next 1 month after and next one 4 months after. I follow Couto's recomendation here who told me that although PRP are always good, in repair cases are much more recommended.

so far I will first end the shampoo they gave me plus also other that Couto recommended for me since it appears I have some small dermatitis. This will last a month or 2 at least Since I go back for prp in november I will ask them then.

So I have been on finasteride for about 2 years. 1,25mg/day + oral minoxidil. Although considering switching to foam minoxidil since oral is each time more and more expensive. I have been on minoxidil in total about 12 years and tried all types and brands. Also use quinina shampoo and ketoconazol shampoo (2/week). Ofc I cant use those for the moment.

Hey. Which doctor do you refer to?? I was happy with my previous surgery, just that didnt match my expectations. more than 3k grafts for a smal portion with not great density was quite a hit. But yeah it was not a terrible surgery.

Hey! mmm numberwise Idk for sure. I know it was less of what I thought since Couto chooses not too many grafts in between existing hairs, but He chose quality. Meaning all the grafts were multiple. 3 or 4 hairs each.

All right! today was crust removal day, since it was day 10 since the surgery ended. The crust removal was done 100% by Couto himselft. After we had a talk for about maybe 40 minutes where I asked all the doubts I had for the next months. Comunication-wise 10/10. You never feel a rush energy by his part, He listens and answers quietly until you have no more doubts. I also asked for the pics! So let's attach here some official ones: The desing it's just surreal 😍

Yeaah I was quite dissapointed about HLC. Although Couto said it is a repair but not a dissaster. But I wouldnt recommend HLC to anyone living outside Turkey that is for sure. Next monday Couto will remove my crust and He will personally shave my head to give an even outcome. Today they show me how to do the cleaning in few hours. I will share my progress until month 12th here.

Hey thanks for sharing your case! I did my surgery with Couto just YESTERDAY! it took 2 days and yersterday we ended. It is looking very good for you being on month 6. I can see the difference from month 5 and Im sure that at month 10 and 12 you will be spectacular. The wait worths!

Surgery ended yesterday! I had today a check up at the clinic. De.Couto did my first cleaning. Normally we wait 48h he said but since He knows how to do it and I bleed a lot apparently He wanted to do very cold water washing since in this cases its better for the survival. This is what I like about an excellent doctor like Couto. He adapts to each patient and knows what every patient needs not only while surgery but also after. So far his professionalism is 10/10.

Ok! so yesterday was last day of surgery. I am actually going back again cause they told me they want to check me the next day of the final surgery to check everything is fine. Big difference compared to many clinics!. And on Monday 9/09/2023 the doctor will do himself my first cleaning and also I'll br taught on how to do it. Just amazing. I feel well taken care of. I'll ask today for the official pics and then I'll post them here. So far I am happy! feels surrealistic that I asked for this about 2 and a half years ago and finally... it happened!

Ok just to answer quickly to all those claimers of that it was not a repair surgery, let's attach here the official document from the clinic. Pay attention to the circle in red. If u dont speak spanish I'll tell you "reparación" means repair.

Hi! yes I agree. it was not bad but my dissapointment came because I though HLC was an excellent clinic and for my case it was just a good one, no more. Let's see how this goes!

I didnt ask! the thing is that since it was temple work and repairing a previous suegery Couto said it would be easier for him to shave it but not completely, so he can see better the areas that lack more of density, which in my case as you can see these areas dont follow a standar patron.

HELLO EVERYONE! So after my surgery at HLC in Turkey I started today my surgery at Dr.Couto's Fuexpert Clinic. Estimation is 1500ufs for temple work and for repairing the lack of density HLC left So far the experience was good. I will keep u updated and with the official pics once I have them. Today 5/october/2023 was first day of surgery, tomorrow 6/10/2023 will be second and last. btw, there was an additional change to the desing: the widows peak, just a little little one. Getting back to u soon!.

Hey man congrats on the result! I'll do a repair with Couto as well this year. Can I ask if he ran the surgery? I have been told He doesnt perform now 100% of the implantation (I think the extraction has been done by another professional for many years) could you tell us which part of the surgery did Couto run and also which parts did others? thanks

Man, first of all congrats on one of the best hair transplants I have ever seen. Second, I would like to ask since I have my surgery with him on october. Did he run all the implantation? what about the extractions? where there more doctors running it and if so you remember which parts? thanks man
