Ok so just to clarify something. It has been 3 of you already that have written me on DM about why I think the density is not there yet, and that only my right and slow temple is showing It. Let me clarify: Left temple (the one that is going faster), combed with wáter. Right temple (the one going slower, also combed moist) As you can see in BOTH of them there is still room for a density improvement. And It is very normal that we have a side that goes slower than the other. This also happened to me in my previous surgery. Thats normal. But when I say I am very Happy so far means that I feel everything is where It should be for month 7. Because I still have 3 or 5 months for a final result which is a lot. Going to the best does not mean the result will appear earlier. Plus the right temple will have a touch up that Couto confirmed me already but literally he told me that we could use only 2 grafts (Yes, 2). Look how perfectionist and meticulous he is! LOVE It! Anyway. Thanks for the feedback and dont worry, I Will keep this updated monthly 😊

Yep. Part of the low density there is also because that side is going slower. But on top of It there is a space Couto showed me yesterday with his camera where you could fit a few grafts (2 grafts to be precise hahaha). So yes well. Lets do it.

Yes, he does. But for me is OK because so do I haha. Well the density as I said is not there yet but It is at what It should be IMO for 7 months. Maybe this close pic will show It better That red arrow shows where he would put more grafts.

Cant tell man... But keep in mind that in my case my frontal was not as big of a surgery as yours. And all my new hair is still lacking density. Send him the pics at month 10 and lets see..!

7 month Just came from the clinic! I am very Happy with my current result. I do feel tho a little lack of density specially around my right temple and middle scalp, but for month 7 (actually more like month 6 and 25 days) looks what It should look like. Couto told me that at month 12 he will do a small touch up on the right temple, but that It Will be sooo small that he wont even need to shave my hair. Also in my donnor because of my small tumor surgery there is now a little bald spot that he told me that he will cover as well. Im not concerned..! I didnt even expect I would need a touch up but now I will prepare myself for it. Its fine. My only concern would be about my agenda for when the time comes but lets see 😊

Hey! I understand you very well. Believe I do. I am now at month 6 and 10 days with Couto as well and I see still quite a medium density. The thing is that I have seen many cases of Couto and I think that the fact that he uses low amount of grafts for big areas makes us the patients to look like its going slow. But It goes well at the end. I think that for 7 months you are looking exactly how you should look. I would be patient and if at month 10 as he said to you you dont feel covered, then book the touch up. But I dont find It will be necessary.

Oh btw the surgery on my donnor done a month and a half ago its going like this: It aint that bad as It looks. If you zoom you can see hairs starting to grow there so It Will probably be covered with no dificulties.

6 month update lets attach some pics here! I can see my right side going a little bit slower than the rest. But Im not concerned since I know this is normal. ok this one Next is a very cruel picture but I'll attach to show the part I see slower: I am Happy so far! For month 6 this looks what It should look in my opinion

Im a fan of dr. Ahmad as well but specially when It comes to giving natural outlooks. I dont like tho that he is too conservative IMO.

Nice! Yes man! I am now 5months and a half from my surgery with him! everything is looking great. I still need more density but for month 5 I believe its going good. I see progress. Just yesterday I had a haircut and my barber told me it is the best hair trainsplant she ever saw in her life. I was like nice cause I still have 6 more months to grow haha. I had the surgery in the old clinic and last PRP on the new one.

Wow you were lucky! getting the appointment and then the cancelation...! haha congrats! I agree with everything you say about Couto. You feel him more like an artist than a surgeon. I like the design. Like it doesnt even look conservative to me. Eager to see your progress here!

By eye. But what an eye! At some point I told him to lower a little bit more some temple closure cause I saw the other one more closed and he did (It was like maybe only 1mm or smth like that) For me the design is the best. My forehead is not the smallest but my head is big. More would have been to much in my opinion.

5 months + 10 days Lets attach some pics with different lighting and both wet and dry hair. I have the feeling of that in the next 2 months this will be already amazing.

Looking good for 6 months! I can see some short and still thin hairs but Im sure that already in 2 months this Will look much fuller. Congrats!

I think the result is excellent. Really excellent. While I understand some people saying that maybe looks thin from some angles I think they are not watching the whole picture here, because if we look at a pic of you of all your head at month 8: We can see that the density of the rest of the head compared with the density of the implanted area is totally matched. And probably that has to do with your type of hair, not with the procedure itselt. Samewise as some can wear a great tupe, but for others is not the best choice. For me as a procedure this is a 10/10, and most important thing is that it also is for you haha.
