  1. Amazing!, and only the beginning Karl! Only downside is that we are running out of excuses to go back to India for more procedures and hang out time, LOL!!! Don't you worry bro, you know I'll make a compelling argument for something to be done, haha!!! Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  2. Looking awesome @Bb111! The thinner area behind the hairline looks like the grafts are starting to pop, just lagging behind a bit. You should be in great shape over the next few months. Are you using minoxidil?
  3. Right on track as far I can tell. You obviously won't have even growth this early on, but once the 2, 3 and 4 hair grafts start to fully bear fruit, it should thicken up in the mid region for you pretty well. Looking jacked up bro! Keep working on you and the hair will come!😎 Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  4. Also, it is a strategy to have more procedures over longer periods as your donor graft pick changes as you normally go thru shedding periods, and no shedding period is the same. So it helps with more homogeneous extraction, as well as lower transection of the grafts. Mega sessions never have as good of a survival rate as smaller more concentrated sessions. Slow and steady wins the race everytime...🐢🐢🐢
  5. I knew those grafts you had implanted into the corridor would make a huge difference in the part line. I don't believe I've ever seen a complete Norwood 7 have a part line like that even after a 2nd transplant, and you still have a ways to go until full maturity! @Rafael Manelli, I can tell you for certain, John's temple points are, well, "on point!" Pictures don't always do justice, but when John and I were together back in October for the 2nd procedure, and I had a chance to see the work up close and in person, it is pure craftmanship. 😎 Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  6. You look great @rob7331! Awesome decision to make your way back to Eugenix, as the added density will go a long way in further coverage of the weak spots and also enhance the density throughout. I'm only 4 months in from my 2nd procedure, but already feeling the balance across the whole scalp and weak areas that had transparency are disappearing magically by the day. I'd also say, since you have wavy hair like me, I'm starting to see how manageable my hair is now that it has weight and volume to it. Again, I'm only 4 months in, but just a little of that progress has made a huge difference in how I can cut, and style my hair daily. Are you looking to enhance any areas like hairline or temple points? Congrats bro! Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  7. Month 4 Got my first haircut after the procedure and my barber could not believe how undetectable the FUE scars were. Best he's ever seen, and he's been cutting hair for 15 years and has seen hundreds of transplants. He also mentioned that it was the best hair job he's ever seen in terms of naturalism from the hairline to temple points, and that if I never told him anything, he would not have known I had a hair transplant. Getting confirmation like that from someone who makes hair their daily business and has nothing to gain, only reaffirms my decision to go with @Eugenix Hair Sciences. And to think that it's only the beginning of the gains that I will realize after this 2nd procedure is mind blowing to me. I may start coloring my hair again, but still debating. Would love to get opinions on that from all of you.
  8. The good news here is that I don't believe you will have a low survival rate or anything else that would put at jeopardy your precious donor. Let's see how things grow until month 10 / 11 before making a final assessment, but worst case, you go back to Eugenix and they do a follow-up procedure to add density in the sparse areas and even more density in highly visible areas, like hairline, partline, and crown. Wishing you nothing but the best in the coming months brother. Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  9. I'd be very careful choosing any clinic that claims they can give huge amounts of density for any single procedure. The hair grafts need room to breathe and must have adequate blood supply. Honestly, from what I've seen, the clinics that try to overdue it on density end up with a higher transection rate because of the lack of sufficient blood supply to the grafts. The dreaded necrosis factor is a very real for clinics that notoriously push the upper limits of density. Eugenix will only perform anywhere from 35 to 45 grafts per CM2 for this very reason. For example, I was around 40 grafts per cm2 for my first procedure. Now having had my 2nd procedure, I'm at around 60 grafts per cm2 plus or minus, after it all grows in over the next 5 months. Don't concentrate too much on density. You want to aim for high survival rates, good graft placement to aid in the illusion of density, and also follow-up procedures for added density, and other enhancements provided that it aligns with your goals and makes sense from a donor to recipient ratio perspective.
  10. I believe she said it in the video they did on me, LOL! If I could go back and do it again, I'd go a lot more aggressive on the 1st go. I do definitely agree that too many rows of fine singles is never a good idea. It ended up working out for me, but much better off just nailing it on the 1st design and building of that later with added density.
  11. Love the progress Adam @SLA! At both of our stages the progress can almost be seen daily, so I'm sure you have embraced the narcissist in you as you are studding up big time brother! Next 3 months are going to be a lot of fun! Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  12. Wow dude! Thickening up by the day! Would not surprise me if you are waking up to more hair every morning at this stage!🤣 So happy for you man, you look great! Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  13. You must be pinching yourself daily in dis-belief on how good you look! What an unbelievable transformation. Cannot wait to see the later months of progress. 💪 Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  14. I definitely echo that! Would love to see an update here. Tons of potential for yours to be a knock out result. Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  15. You look amazing brother! So, so natural, and impossible to detect that any work has ever been done on you. Easily took 10 years off of you! 💪 Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  16. Looking forward to following this one. I certainly agree that with diffused thinning, the results in density from a single transplant many times goes a lot further. If you've never taken finasteride before, and end up a hyper-responder to it, it'll help you in all areas including the crown. Should be exciting to see it all unfold. Best of luck in your recovery.😉 Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  17. Lots of progress unrealized at this point at only the 4.5 month mark. You've come a long way and look outstanding at this stage of the game. Stay optimistic because so much WILL improve from here. Not to mention, having additional procedures in the future will nail down any area of weakness for you. I'm loving it so far my friend! Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  18. The difference with Eugenix is that they live and breathe hair all day long. Hair is all they do, and nothing else. Don't focus on a clinic that has many cosmetic procedures offered along with hair transplants, as they most likely will not have as much expertise in that one area. Eugenix produces very consistent results that are in the elite class. If you are in India already, it is a no brainer to go with them. Save more money if you have to. I've been to Eugenix twice and it was worth every penny spent. Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  19. Thanks for posting @GeneralNorwood. Great shots that perfectly put on display the close to end results for you! Such a great result here and as good as anyone could expect after their 1st procedure. Your temple points and hairline are definitely elite bro! Perfectly framed and balanced to your face with incredible naturalism. I had wavy curly hair back when I was in High School as well, but I found the curls and directional growth after the 1st procedure was far more extreme than what I had back in my mid teens. I have been taming it with hair product to control the wild hair. However, now after the 2nd procedure I'm starting to find that with the added density the hair is far better supported with more weight and volume, and the wavy, kinkiness is very quickly fading away and becoming a lot more controllable for me. It looks, feels almost 100% of the texture and wavy flow my hair had when I was a kid. I loved the results of my 1st procedure, but trust me when I tell you that a 2nd one will be worth ever dime spent for you. You look like a million bucks now, but with a second procedure you'll be a billionaire bro. Congrats! 😉💪
  20. HAHA, the hair greed is already kicking in at only 2 months! Love it! Amazing how much hair you kept, and to see new growth at only 2 months is incredible.
  21. Beautiful work rendered on you @Hairxiety! Nice, clean recipient area, and impeccable donor extraction. Will be checking for updates frequently. Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  22. @GeneralNorwood, any more improvements for you buddy? Just curious, because month 7 to 9 was huge difference for me. Would love to see updated pics if you can.😉 Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  23. Looking amazing @SLA! I'm sure even more improved by now just touching the 3 month mark. 😉 Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  24. The temple points where designed well. They perfectly frame your face. Shedding happens very quick with the temples, because they are very thin single hairs implanted from the nap. They are slow growers and will take time to make a visual difference for you. Trust me, I know how torturous the waiting game is, but in 3 to 4 months you will be looking so good! Just try not to be too narcissistic, LOL!😎 Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
  25. I don't know @ZeeMan. You look like the prettiest ugly duck I've ever seen at 2 months, just saying, LOL! Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
