    I'm not sure if you're a candidate with "typical" diffused pattern (which is a good thing), usually it's resemble female hairloss pattern, seems you'll reach NW5-6 in the future. If that's the case, then it should be check throughly if the diffused hairloss reaches the donor, sometimes the clinic will reccomend the candidate to use hairloss meds to stable the donor area.     How old are you? Your photos are blurred, need better quality photos, but I think your donor is good with possibility to cover the frontal and middle scalp with 1 procedure, crown probably can be done on 2nd procedure.

    @defiance79, Crown around 2000+- grafts, frontal area around 2700-3000+ if you want high density of 50-55 grafts per sq cm, depends if you're hairline will get lower and how deep the incisions can be done behind the hairline for HIGH density with still preserving the donor area.

    To see if your hairloss progressed enough so you'll achieve homogeneous result, and the quality of your donor. If it's too soon for a surgery, this will lead to complications.

    Better to grow 2 weeks from now to see if it's not too soon for having a hair transplant procedure.

    Your donor looking good and stable now by these photos, seems you'll be at least NW6, there's a good chance to cover your frontal and middle scalp with 1 procedure, maybe also some touch at the upper crown, depends on your scalp measurements. You'll need around 5500-6000+ grafts to cover everything (roughly, in my opinion). Good thing you use meds if there's no side effects, you still have some native hair that can support HT result.

    Hello @Tastatir, 25 years old is very young age, hence your case should be diagnosed carefully with good quality pictures, having HT too soon can make the result not homogenous if there's too much native hair or the result won't look impressive after short period, so it's to check first if there's enough space to place grafts with good density, if it's too soon we can do follow up every 12-24 months to determine when it's the right time. Our price range is around 2.4-2.2€ per graft, price includes our free accommodations next to the clinic and driver for the airport.

    It's worth to check and try, especially if you're planning to have a hair transplant procedure, just notice that could be side effects. I myself tried the original Propecia and experienced side, but now I'm using topical formula without any side effects til now. Your donor looks promising in the photos, Finasteride can stabilize it if miniaturization supposed to happen.

    26 years old is very young, and it's may gonna be too early for you, unless the hairline height measurement will show it's high.

    On both sides, all my family men members ends up with NW6, some with bad and good donor.

    Currently you're NW4-5, will be for sure NW6 in couple of years. Roughly I think you can have 3500-4000+ grafts on 1st session (before checking more photos and measurements) to cover frontal area with some middle scalp. Crown will need 3000+ grafts for both NW5-6 areas. Be aware that you're blond, most (not everyone) blonde Caucasian candidates have thin hair, therefore it's important to do detailed consultation with good references before booking a procedure.

    Way too soon for HT, besides 1000 grafts per session for today's standards is mostly essential for enhancement procedures, and not for high density coverage.

    To diagnose the quality of your donor and your hairloss pattern, it requires to see it clearly with some hair growth, shaved head photos aren't helping at all.

    *Update* This paitent had a repair procedure by Dr. Maras in May 2022 with significant improvement and positive feedback, till now he didn't give approval to show his case more than what already posted in this thread. If there will be any change, I'll be more than happy to present his result.
