Very low chances to turn NW6 in your case, you got pretty beefy donor.

You'll need around 2500-3500 grafts from your scalp donor to cover your crown with multiple grafts, maybe beard can be mixed. 1000 grafts of chest grafts will do nothing, it will give 250 grafts coverage effect.

Roughly maybe 300 grafts each side. Peaks can be tricky, even if the clinic will everything 100% there's still can be issues that can't be controlled: Over the years you can loose more hair over the peaks and then there's a gap between the native and transplanted hair. Some patients don't happy with the result compared to scalp result due the appearance of the transplanted hair over the peaks even if you place thin single grafts. The transplanted hair can stay black over the years while the native will change to grey which can bothered the patient. It's hard to do expectations with candidates, therefore this procedure is occasionally done.

We need to see photos including the punch and incision jobs. Making expectations is very personal, I prefer usually to present the candidate what MINIMUM can be done, than have a "happy suprise" with the result. There's also possibly you had aggressive hairloss after each HT which can make the result less impressive, it's very hard to share opinion with some photos.

Every case should be personally diagnosed with it's own characteristics.

Beard grafts should be mixed with scalp grafts to achive natural results, the clinic will punch both scalp and beard at the same surgery day. Beard grafts should placed over the crown and middle, never over the hairline. Mostly it will be preferred to punch the facial beard grafts since the hair angles are consistent compare to neck beard. I prefer to approach beard session as 2nd priority or additional feature than substantial main source donor.

I was referring to hype marketing of cheap hair mills in Turkey. I almost some the doctors you mentioned use implanters with pre incisions, but by no means I say this method is bad or otherwise. My response was to focus on the quality of the surgeon (FUE as well can be done bad if the surgeon is not high skilled equal to DHI). There's also a matter gear quality and many (not everyone) use the choi pens and cause high rate of transactions, high quality clinic won't use generic implanters, unskilled staff, ect...

It's the method, it's the quality of the surgeon. DHI hype marketing is only intended to sell an "bombastic" idea rather focus in the quality of the clinic, usually it's a tricky marketing by cheap hair mills without high skilled MD surgeon that performs the incisions and punch procedures, there's is a lot of transactions with the choi pens, hence the pro level surgeon usually prefer to do FUE with tweezers or high quality implanters AFTER creating the incisions separately.

It's better you'll upload donor photos with a bit longer hair including sides head donor to understand better your potential.

I'm not sure if you're a candidate with "typical" diffused pattern (which is a good thing), usually it's resemble female hairloss pattern, seems you'll reach NW5-6 in the future. If that's the case, then it should be check throughly if the diffused hairloss reaches the donor, sometimes the clinic will reccomend the candidate to use hairloss meds to stable the donor area. How old are you? Your photos are blurred, need better quality photos, but I think your donor is good with possibility to cover the frontal and middle scalp with 1 procedure, crown probably can be done on 2nd procedure.

@zordx I think in Israel you can ask prescription for Avodart, but I never tried it
