I think this gentleman is a perfectly suitable candidate once he agrees to ring fence his procedure with finasteride....I have to say i take my (ugly duckling😄)hat off to Melvin who has already had 3 procedures and about to undergo a 4th ..or indeed to anyone who has had more than 1 HT in pursuit of their own personal goals ..I was really enjoying my new rug after HT1 but alas hairgreed got the better of me and I’m now experiencing a fair bit of psychological discomfort as Ive suffered what looks like some recipient HT1 shock loss ..so almost 3 months out from HT 2 it feels like I’ve taken a step backwards and it’s pretty painful ..I’m trying to trust in the process as I’m sure everything will bounce back by month 6 or so... I’d be interested to hear has anyone else found HT2 much tougher recovery than HT1 ..might be educational for future 2 pass clients .. good luck @Marev1993..I think your prognosis is very good .

I feel your pain with myself also having some shock loss in recipient area after my 2 nd HT .. feels like your taking a step backwards but hopefully all will be ok 👍

Coming along great @MazAB..as we all kind of expected....you’re giving yourself every chance of a fantastic end result ...Im a big lover of saunas too ..i hear mixed reports as to when it is ok to start up Sauna use again post HT...you reckon around 2 months ? A couple of times a week ?? 20 mins at a time kinda thing ?

Thanks Melvin..I forgot to mention I entered into this process with retrograde alopecia also ..and it looks no worse now above the ears than when I started out ..i sense a lot of NW6/7 guys with this condition think they’re totally not suitable for HT .. ..that’s not the case at all ..

2 month update ... Just thought I’d give a literally clear as day depiction of how things stand...I took a few pics while outdoors for a walk ...I know some guys are eager to see how the donor will look after having 8 k scalp grafts harvested ..I feel things are coming along really well to be honest ..my partner keeps saying the donor area looks even better real world than what the camera shows.. i do feel some of my hair gained from HT1 might have been temporarily shocked lossed out during HT2 or maybe it’s just my mind playing tricks on me in not quite sure but either way I know all will pan out just fine over the next few months .. can’t wait for the new grafts to pop through normally around month 4 I believe .. I’ll update again for sure on month 3 and will stay in touch in the meantime ..

Bang again 6 Days after HT 2 against a low slung castle door frame ( French castle wedding )... bottom line no damage done thank god I fully understand your apprehension.. you’re good mate

No change in my beard growth behaviour from what I can tell mate .. think you’re fine

Sit tight bro...this is 8 weeks after my second HT...slick bald crown starting point ...lots of beard mixed in there ..ZERO folks would spot scalp v beard hair ..me included ...beard softens out over the 12 to 18 month process ... put away the mirror ... easier said than done I know ... wish you all the best in what I know will be a great outcome
