    What type of fibres do you use @IrishWarrior? Looks incredible with fibres and a very solid result even without. I think one more pass of 2000-3000 grafts and you won't even need them anymore. How it is all going by the way?

    You can also add Freitas and Pinto. Both present their work with high quality pictures and detail. For top surgeons this should be the standard and not the exception.

    That's great to hear, I'm sure those comments make you feel good. You can always wait until the full results come in from this surgery and then decide whether to do the crown. If you do decide to have another procedure, based on Dr Ahmad's recent crown work results, you will be very pleased.

    Incredible result. @DrMunibAhmaddo you have any cases you can share with patients who are NWV and higher? (this can be over 2 seperate surgeries too) I can imagine you could achieve some incredible results with 5000+ grafts...

    I have had a consultation recently with Dr Feriduni and he said he does this type of procedure often, with very minimal to no scarring visible, as you can see in the above case posted by BeHappy.

    That's looking really good, especially for just 4.5 months. Have you felt your confidence shift over this last month or so now that things are starting to take shape? Can you share some pictures with toppik in to see how this looks? I think you'd already be able to pull off a full head of hair

    Dr Ahmed is an excellent surgeon. Pretty sure his prices are approx 6-7 eurus per graft. I'd look into: Dr Pinto Hattingen Clinic Dr Pittella Dr Zarev

    The shedding is usually a good sign when you start medication like oral min and fin so hang in there and the hair that has shed will come back thicker and stronger

    My advice would be to give it 3-4 more months to fully grow in as you may like the new look and not want any changes. If you don't like the look and feel the hairline is too low then yes, there are a few elite surgeons who should be able to help
