    If I was in your position I would follow these steps: 1. Reach out to either Dr Zarev or Dr Pittella to see if they can assist with your case 2. If they can assist, book the surgery and jump onto low dose oral minoxidil and either oral or topical Finasteride/dutasteride so your donor can reach it's maximum potential. To get a good result from these 2 you are looking at paying at least 40k based on the grafts needed.

    Out of that list I would go with Dr Pekiner and just wait until he is available. You have been losing hair for 12 years, why not wait a bit longer for one of the top surgeons in the world?

    I would compound them together and take it for at least 6 months and see how you go. The sides should be non existent due to the low doses and you'll be getting a nice benefit. Do you have any quality compounding pharmacies near you?

    Compounded into one capsule at my local compounding pharmacy in Australia.

    I had the same issues until I compounded 0.1mg oral Finasteride with 2.5mg oral minoxidil. I've had great results and no sides. With any other doses I had issues. Maybe give it a try and see how it goes? Also Hattingen have an excellent reputation. I'd put them in my top 15 clinics in the world.

    Personally I'd get on oral Minoxidil (2.5mg) compounded with oral fin (0.25mg) daily and then reach out to Dr Pittella or Dr Zarev. They both have a tonne of experience in helping those with high degrees of hairloss achieve full density with 1 (max 2) surgeries.

    I'd personally spend the $ on Dr Pekiner in Turkey rather than Dr Gabel. Pekiner is an excellent surgeon and you'll save a lot of money as I'm pretty sure his price sits around 3 euros per graft.
