    I don't personally know much about him either. Do you have any pictures of your situation? There are some great surgeons available who are charging 4 euros per graft or less such as Pinto, Ferreira, Couto and Pekiner. You could look into these surgeons of you wanted more options.

    Incredible!! Great choice in surgeon. He would be my first choice if I could afford it.

    If you choose the FUT route I'd go with Hattingen or Konior. They produce the best FUT results in my opinion, especially the scar.

    That's great to hear. They say money can't buy happiness but a good HT definitely can (which does involve money haha).

    For me his results look just as good as Couto and he seems to be able to get a good return on investment for each graft. The feedback from the Spanish forum seems to be overwhelmingly positive. If I had to pick a top 4 he would just miss out but I think he is excellent and I haven't seen a poor result. How do you see it?

    I'm sure he can come up with a design that you are both happy with. He seems like a perfectionist so will take his time in making sure you are satisfied before proceeding. If you have a zoom consultation you can speak with him about this and see what he says. He may have examples of other hairline designs he has produced.

    I don't think so. I would rate Zarev 10/10 and Pittella 9-9.5/10. For me I would go with Pittella if it meant waiting for 4 years. Who knows what Zarev will be charging in 4 years. 4 years is a long time, but completely up to you. They are both outstanding choices.

    Both are exceptional, both top 5 surgeons in the world. Both are also 10/10 when it comes to communication and after care. You can't go wrong with either. I would have a consultation with both and see who you resonate with best. Also check out their results and see which ones you personally prefer. If you can't split them after that then I would go with whoever is closer.

    Tbh the donor doesn't look that bad at all. You have a good skin colour to hair contrast which helps a lot. Will definitely improve over the next few months.

    Consult with Dr Pittella and see what he thinks is possible. I'm sure you can both come up with a very good strategy on how to tackle your situation

    I would suggest to get on low dose oral Minoxidil asap to see if that can hopefully kick start more growth as it should be looking better than this, even with the large amount you had to cover.

    If you don't want to take Finasteride then I would consult with Dr Pittella as he doesn't recommend Finasteride and is top 2 in the world when it comes to high NW's like yourself
