    Have you searched the forum for results for both of these surgeons? There are a lot of patient results for both. Personally I'd go with Nadimi. She's an exceptional surgeon.

    Do not get surgery in Australia. The average result will be a 6/10. You need to go overseas for a good result. Check out Dr Laorwong in Thailand. He has many reviews on here. Excellent surgeon.

    Yeah I get what you mean about using every graft that's available. It's a catch 22 because as you said a lot of docs won't want to operate plus it's very expensive because you need to do a few surgeries. Actually, have you ever reached out to Hattingen clinic? I spoke with them a while ago and they seemed pretty open to removing incorrectly angled grafts and repositioning, as I also need this done. I actually ended up going with Dr Pinto and my surgery is next year but it would be worth having a consultation with Hattingen clinic.

    I take it daily. Compounded with the Minoxidil.

    I've been on 2.5mg oral min + 0.1mg Finasteride for about 3 months and it's working really well. Hardly any shedding now + a lot of regrowth throughout.

    Can you laser remove those hairs (save you money and time) and then have a top surgeon build you a new hairline? You could also look at SMP for the donor area.

    I've never read so much negativity and judgement in a single thread. We should all be supportive and kind to each other. We are all going through an emotional roller coaster with hairloss and have enough self judgement and criticism to be taking any more on board from others. Suggestions are fine but just leave them at that. Ethan has kindly chosen to share his journey and to provide continuous updates to this forum. He obviously has a plan on what he wants to achieve so instead so let's just get behind him and be supportive.

    Does it cost more to have many smaller sessions compared to a larger single session with your particular Dr?

    Have you thought about consulting with Dr Pittella to see what he feels can be done? I've seen some insane results with almost non existent donor, using body hair.
