  1. I didn't have a HT yet, so take whatever I say with grain of salt. Diffuse hair loss is obviously bad, but tbh it is also what most people are destined to have as NW5 or NW6 sooner or later. Rarely seen a person who stopped losing hair at NW3 for example. There is plenty of good results posted here and around the web. H&W for example are good in this, doing up t 8K surgeries IIRC although that is rare. Many FUE surgeries are done with decent to very good results, like with Asmed etc You need to do your search and be comfortable with you are going with, also you need to decide your goals. For example, some consider HT about hairline, so many clinics in Turkey will give you perfect hairline, temple area but weak coverage in the rest. Hattingen on other hand usually do a conservative hairline in comparison but stronger overall coverage, So that is up to you to decide.
  2. I would advise against a surgery right now. Your hair still looks cool and if it is stabilized, then it is a normal adult look at your 30's (which you soon to be) I am not a big fan of getting early HT despite many doctors advising for it. It would get a perfect hairline now but what about 10 years later? You will need another surgery and in many cases Doctors can be "generous" when they use hair that early and could make very strong hairline and leave you with less grafts for the future loss, especially with FUE which you seem to consider
  3. Don't believe in ranking clinics tbh. There is good doctors, bad doctors, great doctors or awful ones. For sake of discussion I would say my recommendation will be : FUT: H&W , Hattingen , Diep, Konior , Rahal. I put 1st 3 above the rest btw. FUE: Devroye,Asmed, Rahal, couto, lorenzo Value for money (if you are relatively on tight budget) : Asmed & Hattingen. Obviously plenty of Turkish HT surgeon are cheaper, but not of much quality. I don't follow many American surgeons tbh, so I am probably missing few names. Due to their prices. India have some top FUE surgeons, but not really well tested with other ethnicity to put them among the elite. I agree with your point but not your reasoning. I've been introduced to Hattingen lately, and I am liking them more and more especially for diffused hair loss. I am planning for HT in next couple of years and right now they are 1 on my list. Seems like a no bs clinic who makes best use of the grafts they take. And it isn't a well known clinic for English speaking forums like this one. That is why it is difficult to rank clinics. In the Arab world It is either local clinics or Turkey, no one knows anything about H&W etc. And it isn't even Asmed or Yaman or Cinik etc. They are other doctors who specialized in middle eastern work and spent ton of money of marketing in Egypt and gulf area. You will be cursed if you suggested any other name outside of the half dozen Turkish doctors there. Although tbf many of them have got some outstanding results, and I would say there are 2 very good doctors here in Egypt, although not comparable to the elite level. But they can get you decent results for 1$ per graft Same goes everywhere, what is known in German speaking world is different to this of English/Spanish/Indian/Chinese/Arab etc. There is probably thousands of doctors who do this surgery and tough to compare. Lots of factors in patients and type of surgery too.
  4. This, hair cloning is likely the most realistic cure of it. An infinite donor area that will likely keep the donor area almost virgin. How close we are to that? I've no idea. May be in next 10 years, may be in next century. As someone above said, medicine isn't truly a science yet. We have very limited knowledge regarding human body and we work based on statistics. That leave us frustrated with some of those results. Not just hair transplants but also other conditions. I think we will get some improvements over the years, probably better techniques and clinics, better products etc
  5. Most of the results on that forum are done by the clinic, and all that results are on their youtube channel. I've knew about them just recently, but they are quickly climbing my list of clinics I am considering
  6. 1st, I truly understand your points of what kicked your hair loss, and it is perfectly normal that medical conditions would kickstart your baldness (or speed it up) -I think your bald pattern is probably been drawn, you are probably going to lose the hair in your upper part of your head, doubt you are going to recess even more on sides. so likely you are NW 5A or 6 -Whatever the clinic you are going for, have online consultation 1st and say all about your medical conditions. The high profile doctors cares about their reputation and would give you a good advise whether to go for surgery or not, better than any of us. I think you are likely be able to get the surgery -if medically cleared for it- but if you tune down your expectations. Might have some limited crown coverage. -I am happy you are smart enough to avoid FUE in your case, right choice. And that limit your option significantly. -Hasson & Wong are the best for you, if you can afford them then you go for them. -If too expensive I would say Rahal or Hattingen, both do mega sessions and have great results. -Contact all 3, you lose nothing from that.
  7. Slam dunk results. You have went to 2 of the top Dr.s in the field and it is clearly paying off, especially when you aren't using medications (I am probably following your footsteps btw)
  8. Seem like a decent result from those photos you posted (although bad quality) Depends on what you are looking for, you seem to have decent overall coverage, you are a guy with relatively thin hair but not bald. Hair line seems a bit thin, which many won't like For me I prefer this type of results over thick hairline and bald crown or very very thin head
  9. Great results as usual On another note, I Have a couple of questions. I wanted to know about the currency of your listed price, whether it is Canadian dollar or US dollar ? Thanks
  10. Hello there, wanted to ask a question regarding your clinic pricing.

Is the listed pricing on your site using american or Canadian dollar as currency?

    Regards
