7 months is too early, you should have patience. Also may I suggest a haircut? I don't think your current haircut benefits the look of your hair thickness. Not with long hair on the sides

This is great value for money result IMO. less than 4K graft, almost half of them from beard hair, big area to cover and you posted photos in harsh light (older room light photos are way better) , for work done that is less than 2.5€? Come on now. The only result I am disappointed at is Rahal, it is one of those typical results where the doctor wants you to look amazing after 1 year, rather than building a long term plan. The surgery was planned on the idea that Finistidrine will stop your hair loss, a bet that is lost. I think both hairline and crown are complete work considering your case, if you can manage to get another surgery in the mid scalp area @Curious25 mentioned, it will be almost perfect result. PS: Why did you opt for FUE rather than another FUT?

Initially I didn't feel it is great result, since half of the forum usually do the surgery at early stage, but then I checked your first photos and number of grafts and I was like holy molly this is actually amazing. Neat hairline and acceptable thickness. You look like you are balding which IMHO is perfectly fine but it is framing your face and overall you look very good. Great work, you should be happy with such work

Amazing work, and agree with everyone that this is uncommon case. As a Dentist, I know the long lasting effect that some of the people with cleft lip might have, and you really helped that man to avoid big part of those consequences

This is why I love Dr.Wong work, amazing use of the grafts. for less than 6K grafts after less than 8 month and it is a work that some clinics won't produce after 2 surgeries and more grafts.

As suggested earlier, I think some subs would be better merged. I think the forum could do well just fine with half of this subs. The other thing, which I am not sure how easy it is done, is having the ability to click on first unread post in a thread. That isn't common in all forums but really helpful tbh. For example, if I come to this thread in couple of weeks again, I have the option to click on small arrow beside the thread, and I will get the next post to mine, because it will be the first unread post
