    i think he will eventually get a doctor trained under his techniques and offer a lower package I have no doubt a dr trained under him would be top class. He has other operating rooms so that would be the plan eventually

    the 12k on that guy is incredible. Look at how perfect the transition is on that patient & his donor is poor but still looks good after 12k was taken

    something not mentioned on here that i like by Dr Zarev 9 months after the procedure he likes his patients to go back to the clinic for a review of the results. I think it is a really good touch he doesnt just do the surgery then thats it I will post my surgery with him later this year

    tbh it isnt conclusive how minoxidil works. The extension of anagen phase isnt totally proven

    I have been using OM 2.5mg per day since Nov 22. I have not noticed any more hairloss across my scalp diffuse hairloss. I am not expectng it to maintain long term since i cannot tolerate DHT inhibition Any studies or data on long term OM use?

    perhaps 2 sections NW4-7 transplants then NW1-3 transplants So people who need mostly hairline can find results in NW1-3 then the mega sessions for NW4 and above

    i think a great idea would be to after the results are finalized to edit the OP to include before & after results. Something to it easier to view patients before & after results would be good when they post there results rather than the clinic

    Pittella's results on here are so good I sometimes think should i go to him above Zarev. Zarev has the scalp grafts advantage & looks more longterm & his location was the deciding factor for me. But Pittella aggressive approach is brillant he uses so many grafts but incrediblke results

    Eugenix were by far the most pushy for me to have a transplant with them. Kept emailing me back in January 2022. Didnt like there approach tbh. For example my consults with Zarev & Pittella they were not pushy at all. Zarev even was hinting at waiting a bit longer since my hairloss is diffuse but not so bad yet but enough for a small enough procedure
