    Hi Badresults,

First of all, let me take the opportunity to apologize to you. A sincere, heartfelt and, unequivocal apology. No one deserves to go through what you had to go through. I wish I could take it all back. Coercion, intimidation, threats, and blackmail are not acceptable in any industry and not at all acceptable in the medical industry. The trust between a patient and his/her doctor is sacred and should always be respected.

I have no intention to coerce you to do anything that you don't want to do. I just want to connect as a friend and well-wisher with the goal of making things right (as much as humanly possible)
I am asking you to either DM me your phone number and your choice of communication or I can send you my phone number for you to reach out to me.
I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Best regards,
    California

I have no skin in the game here @Badresults @California as I don't know any of you but I give the benefit of doubt on the results to Dr Bhatti (pending all the test results etc) and lay full 100% blame on him for the criminal harassment. As we all know, Shera is just a fall guy aka pawn.

The best way to resolve this for both parties is to give FULL refund to the patient so he can move on with life + an apology on the harassment. With that he can move on with his life and so can the doc.

If the doc doesn't agree to this, I hope the patient does file an official criminal complaint with the police. There's nothing legal/consumer court related stuff in this case...this case is about harassment and blackmail. In this scenario, Dr Bhatti will lose more patients and for overseas patients, he might be a complete no-no (I can vouch that I did look him up and will not even consider him one bit anymore).

Yes, that is what I'm going to do once the lockdown is over in India. I have gotten in touch with the consumer rights department in India today. The complaint need to be lodge in India, since the procedure took place in India and his clinic is in India.

Wrong approach @Badresults in my opinion.

Consumer court is for results of the HT i.e. you didn't get the right product for the price. For this the doc can argue blah blah.....till many years.

The issue in this case is criminal harassment, for that you have to go to police.

Countries like South Korea and Taiwan practiced personal safety, and used masks from the beginning, ignoring the WHO grossly false and inaccurate information. They managed to lower the spread from the start.

People is Asia (China/Singapore/HK/Japan etc.) have been wearing masks at public places including airports since that last SARS epidemic happened; many have been continuing that practice ever since. We might be the same next year and beyond....

You have such a good donor and your hair loss seems to have stabilized. First and foremost, go somewhere else and get the "test batch of 100 grafts" done to make sure no issues with your scalp etc. Also do any other tests recommended by doc.

Doc doesn't owe you a refund and he already specific that so no point in harping over that.

Then make sure you file a harassment police criminal complaint against the clinic. I think the rep lives overseas but it doesn't matter - let the judge decide if he acted alone or not. There is absolutely NO way a doc or his rep should contact your employer. Period.

  5. Here is Texas, even last month during the quarantine period, the people in parks were NOT wearing masks. When a county judge passed an order to making wearing a mask mandatory many of my friends got offended saying - The government can't take away our freedom and it's against the constitution.

Also, Costco has made it mandatory to wear masks before coming in and are even giving you a mask if you don't have but some of my friends call it taking away freedom.

PS: I wear a mask wherever I go since it;s not a big deal anyway, my freedom/rights/constitution are not bothered much if I wear a mask for my or others safety.

I would wait for the lockdown to end in India, and once everything gets back to normal I would speak to few legal representative in India. Luckily, I have family members in India.

This contacting employer thing is crazy; I hope people read this thread before chosing DarlingBuds. So, I blame the doc and Darlingbuds just for the harassment (Shera is just a fall guy, a pawn).

I, however, don't blame the doc for poor results since he's had some stellar results so your case is definitely an outlier. So when you go for a fix somewhere else, I highly recommend that you do 100 odd grafts to make sure there's no underlying issue. Also, from the docs reply I didn't quite understand what could be the "root cause" so you can do other tests as needed based on your research.

Regarding police complaint on harassment, you should definitely do that.

  7. 10 minutes ago, Badresults said:

@Panamera13 the reason he contacted my employer was to warn them that if I don't stop posting about my procedure here, he would go ahead and tarnish the company image and reputation together with mine. As I was the head of company in my country, I did not want to further drag the matter in. This is why I went missing for almost a year from this site.

In a simple word, he was blackmailing my employer to get them to stop me from further writing here and sharing my results.

The Doc refused the refund and unfortunately, he is probably within his rights since it's not an official policy.

But you should definitely make a police complain on harassment...no one should call your employer to "tarnish image of company". Ridiculous.

Now, let me tell you the trauma I had to go through after your staff who blackmailed my employers. Although my employers was supportive that time, but it did effect me personally. After all this happened, how would someone trust you? If you were in my shoe would you allow me to do any surgery on you?

Like I said earlier it's none of my business but curious as to why would someone contact your employer and if they did..what did Shera say?

  9. 50 minutes ago, Melvin-Moderator said:

That said, I don't agree with refunds, especially when they're attached to non-disclosure agreements. Every hair transplant patient agrees to the risk of a failed procedure, there are no money-back guarantees. That is one of the reasons why I deter so many from having a hair transplant, because there is always a risk of looking worse and losing money.

Refund should be voluntary on part of the doc in "goodwill". Even BMW has a goodwill program wherein if an expensive part fails just outside warranty, they still take care of it (legally they don't have to and that's why it's called goodwill).

In US, refund for signing an NDA is called "settlement" and is legal and happens thousand times a day across US everyday.

If @Badresults were in the US, he could've gotten refund + damages for blackmailing + potential jail time for the rep for criminal intimidation.

Also, in US doc can't share patient details with anyone outside without their consent (not even with the wife unless specifically mentioned). So there's an extra malpractice suit there as well. Dr Bhatti is lucky he's not in US.

Also none of my business and this is me being nosy @Badresults - What did Shera say to your employer? I mean if someone called my boss/company and said - hey this guy got an HT at our clinic and it making noise on social medial - they'd hang up and probably say someone stupid and crazy was asking for you and that's it. I'm wondering why would someone reach out to one's employer - what were they trying to do?

  10. 54 minutes ago, Badresults said:

@Panamera13 this is what amaze me.

I can't say what went wrong, because I was asleep 99% of time during asleep. So someone could have handled it differently or he could have assigned his tech to do whole procedure etc.. Which I don't know. Which is so strange, because he did not inform me prior to surgery that it would be a general anaesthesia.

Maybe other doctors on this forum can chime in or even the patients who might have experienced it before.

What are the reasons that transplanted might NOT grow? There's no point of a repair when you don't know what the issue was. You might want go for 100 grafts next time to make sure they actually grow to confirm it was an implanting error on the doc. Do you any other skin conditions? Folleculitis or Lichen Plaopilaris

  11. 5 hours ago, Badresults said:

Exactly. I wonder how can  @Dr Tejinder Bhatti claim he don't know what @Shera was doing. Did he not know that only he had my personal details? How much more of lie he wants to fabricate. Oh and yes, @Dr Tejinder Bhatti is black mailing what you meant when you told me that you would have to 'defend yourself' when I said I've been asked by bloggers, or youtubers about my procedure from you?

I'm still surprised how is @Dr Tejinder Bhatti still a recommended doctor over here.

Well the doc came here and said - No Refund. wow. I didn't expect that.

Being a well known doc and having 1-2 bad cases out of 100's, not sure what he will gain by keeping that money. He'd probably lose more patients. So, I really didn't expect it.

Also, I thought the doc would explain the main ques - WHY are the results so bad? Was the procedure done incorrectly or OP had scalp issue or some other. I really would like to know why hair didn't grow.

@Badresults - What do you think went wrong and why hair didn't grow (other than anesthesia)

  12. 6 minutes ago, Badresults said:

Like I said, one don't have to be a genius to know what is going on. It is so obvious what is going on.

Everyone knows what's going on. At this time work directly or through the forum to see if you can get a refund. I can't speak for anyone else, but see if Melvin can help (take it as advice). For now, don't create more negative press until you get a final reply on the refund after which you can sue/take him to court whatever.

For now, try to seek a refund and move on - your main goal is to fix your hair and move on with life. You have a good donor and you should be able to do it.

  13. 9 minutes ago, Badresults said:

No, I'm saying I don't know what went wrong during the surgery, if the graft was left out for long, how was the extraction done, who did the opening of slits etc.. all this unfortunately I don't know because I was under general anaesthesia.

At this time - ask for full refund from doc in return for no more communication on this matter. See if he agrees. Anyway - he is still on the recommended list since he claimed he didn't know about the blackmail (which is a lie so Shera becomes the fall guy).

Use the refund money to fix the front and move on.

  14. 9 minutes ago, Badresults said:

This I can't say anything because I wasn't aware that I would be given a general anaesthesia. I was told by one of this technician this is 'antibiotic' and after within few minutes I was knocked out. I would have never agreed for general anaesthesia. This make me wonder because I have seen a post by another patient of his which had the same experience.

I didn't know in Darling Buds or 5 Rivers Centre, General Anaesthesia is called 'antibiotic'

First of all most importantly I think your front can be fixed by some other doc since you seem to have a good donor.

On the bad result, are you saying hair didn't grow because of general Anaesthesia (I'm just asking, I have no clue)

@Melvin-Moderator Did you get the proof from Bhatti that he's been in touch with me recently? Or it's just what he told you verbally and put it here? Also I will send you the email I have from Bhatti where last I spoke to him. And yes I would want to see when did Bhatti spoke to me recently.. because 2019 is not recent.

I'm surprised at your result since you seem to have a good donor area and you were just bald in the front - your case should have been a home run.

What do you think happened? Were the grafts out too long  and didn't survive or something else.

  16. 13 minutes ago, Badresults said:

    Melvin,

First of all, Dr. Bhatti has not been in touch with me up to recently. The last he had any conversation with me was last year before I posted my results over here. That was on June 10th 2019! And on June 18th, after my posting here, Shera his representative sent that email to my employer.

What the heck does a hair transplant have to do with employer or family or friends or the government?

What did Shera say to your employer anyway?

We have reached out to the physician, and he was unaware of this reps actions, and he does not condone his actions/behavior either. We are still deciding on whether this suspension will be permanent, but in all likelihood it will.

If the doc does NOT condone this behavior, then this tells about the doc's ethics too and he should be removed from recommended surgeons list. Not sure if you're referring to reps suspension or docs suspension.

  18. Came here to see if there are any discounts that the expensive surgeons might be giving because of the corona virus only to see this is a political thread but it's fun.

First of all the president has already said that there is a solution and medication available i.e. Hydroxy Chloroquine. He even re-tweeted some dem lawmaker touting its success in saving her life. So if we already have the medication, why are people dying.

Does this game changer medication take time to work?

So although these results are more then acceptable for where he came from  being a NW7,  theres a few contradicting opinions Id like to bring up. First, for someone with such an advanced pattern as this guy, why was FUE done? Every clinic in the US has said to maximize your donor capacity, start with FUT, especially in advanced NW levels. Why is it a known fact across the HT board that FUE alone doesnt yeild as many grafts. (and shouldnt be used in advanced patients because youd be entering zones that arent safe like the lower crown.) Even FUE clinics admit this. They say go FUT first then FUE if youre on pace to be a be a nw 6 or 7. Secondly, If this guy in India can achieve  basically full coverage on a NW  7 like this, hes proving that scientifically it CAN be done. Why doesnt every clinic say its atleast achievable, considering you see some case of it being done. Does it come down to skill set? Not confident? Beucase its hard to believe its donor supply if you see results like this?? Im sorry, but theres so much contradicting information in this industry to feel confident enough to pull the trigger on a HT. To risk scarring and thousands of dollars, im going to need more reassurance i wont regret anything.

    @Panamera13 @Jonboy81 @yesplease @JJ1187

I'm advance diffused thinner. See pic. I spoke to two top docs and they both said go FUT and I refuse to go that route. I'd rather have a decent result with FUE then have an awesome result with FUT. I just don't want to do the scar thing.

Also, no "top" doc in US/Canada uses body hair. Indian, Turkish docs do that and I'm not sure why US/Canada docs don't because it seems to work. My goal is to go FUE 3000 in front/mid and leave the crown for two years down the line (to be filled by body hair).

One thing I'm not sure about is donor capacity - some docs have FUE with 7-9K grafts, which I guess is just luck for those high NW guys.
