I don't think you're allowed to share links here so I'll PM you

    Thx PM please.

I had tested back in Jan I think and my T-Level was 190 which is pretty low and they recommended TRT but I was wary of TRT. For now I'm on GNC Energy/Metabolism multi vitamin and ashwagandha. It might have made some improvement but haven't done testing yet.

Came here tp get info on hair few years ago and now I'm NW7 and on top of that low T..LOL.

I listened to a podcast with Dr Andrew Huberman and Derek from More Plates More Dates. Amazing turnaround from a month or so ago when I felt like I had zero lividio and energy.

I'll be doing bloodwork soon to check my levels.

Can you share link to the exact video/podcast - there seem to be too many.

BTW: I'm thinking of visiting a endocrinologist to discuss everything.

Eagerly awaiting for your test numbers...will be a good reference case.

I think I have boosted my Test really high over the last month, to the point I got a wet dream yesterday, even with regular release

    Chelated Magnesium

    Zinc Picolinate

Sunlight exposure in the morning (got this from Dr Andrew Huberman) (this is huge!)

    Better sleep

    Vitamin D3

Regular lifting (but I was doing that anyway, have lowered my reps to between 4-8, which is more conducive to a rise in tesosterone)

Just ordered Boron and going to test my levels next month

on what basis did you decide on the above supplements - Did the doctor recommend or did you get them on your own.

  5. Guys - My testosterone is 190 and I'm thinking of starting TRT. I'm 43 and libido seems down. Until last year it was great. I took topical fin from minox and stopped in within 2 weeks and then got the topical DUT from fueclinic and stopped that pretty soon too.

Maybe my testosterone was already declining and that's why topical Fin/Dut didn't work for me or other way around.

Anyway, what are your recommendations on how to proceed..I want to grow hair and have libido too :)

I just started TRT one week ago

75mg per week (split in 3) and 250iu HCG twice a week

    CB0301, Topical Dutasteride.

What were/are your T-levels. Are you doing this to balance effects of DUT or something else?

How is you Testosterone level now

It's kinda getting better now...it was 190 but haven't done another test but I can see there's improvement. I only took DUT 2-3 times so maybe I'm super sensitive or maybe someone else. Will go to doc in Jan/Feb and do a test again and see if levels have improved.

  8. I used topical DUT only 2 times and had to stop. My testosterone is 190 when I did the test but I stopped even before the test. I hadn't done the test before but libido had been fine so not sure if it's DUT or just stress etc. but I stopped.

Is any one here on TRT?

    I am not on TRT

Obviously being on TRT will mitigate libido sides. If I go back on TRT my protocol will be

Oral Finasteride 0.5mg and oral Minoxidil 2.5mg daily

    CB0301 7.5% daily

Topical Dutasteride 0.25% once a week or 0.1% EOD

Dutasteride Mesotherapy 0.05% every 15 days (dermapen)

Mustang - What should be the dosage of the 0.1% DUT? Just once a week?

Dutasteride Mesotherapy plus oral finasteride and laser level cap

using laser cap for three years...absolutely no difference in my case. This is what makes hair loos cure so complicated.

It reminds me of the one Australian study about adding Avodart once a week.

Again, like I said before, no knock on you but I would love to see some other documanted results.

Im NW7 and I have ordered it but haven't received it. So will apply once a week and try for 3 months and see how it goes. I request others who are using it to submit results as well.

Not sure if I had posted this picture. This is 16 months after starting treatment

I have not taken oral medication since I started. Just using Topical Dutasteride 0.1% from Fue Clinic.

In terms of serum DHT reduction

Parati Liposomal 0.5%: -40%. Hair catcher: 5 hairs

Fue Clinic 0.5%:  -25%. Hair catcher: 5 hairs

Fue Clinic 0.1%: No decline (just one reading) Hair catcher average: 5 hairs

Without treatment hair catcher average is 25-50 hairs per wash

I still space it every week or every 10 days

I am considering moving down to 0.05% and apply EOD . For now I'll keep things as they are

you seem to have amazing hair now....do yo have a before pic. I also ordered from fueclinic and paid last week but looks like it comes in a month or two. BTW Im NW 7 so that will be an experiment.

  13. My close friend has a hair system from Hair Club and he paid 3500 for the initial install and 300 per month for ongoing service - they wash the system 1-2 times and every third visit, he gets a new one. The messy glue in the hairline in CLEARLY visible and they do a horrible job on the hairline - This is the result after spending 3500 USD and 3600 USD per year for maintenance.

Because it's not legal. A doctor would be prescribing an off label med not approved by the FDA for hair loss nor in topical format for any condition.

Imagine a patient gets side effects, he can sue them for medical negligence. I don't think most doctors would risk that but some do.

How come Mwamba doing it then? Is it legal in Europe?

I’m curious, what were the side effects that you were getting and what was the concentration of the topical finasteride?

I got maxogen X and the first trial product is free so I only paid 7 dollars for shipping. They say apply 1 ml each night and I only applied 0.5 ml every other night and barely applied for 2 weeks and libido was dead pretty much. I stopped right away. I read a user here who said he took it with Ashwagandha and I bought that too from costco but the side effects were pretty much immediate even after taking it with ashwagandha.

Over the last 2 yrs, I have moved from NW5 to NW7 pretty much and I was desperate to save what's left but I'd prefer libido over hair. I just sent a request to fueclinic so let's see if they reply back/ship. Another 100 bucks gamble in this long process.

Also, I ready shifty's thread and he said something about DSL product that he's trying (https://dslaboratories.com/collections/mens/products/spectral-dnc-n-redensifying) Has anyone else tried this.

I don't plan to use Maxogen-X at all for now. Good thing is morning wood (80%) is back but it took 6-8 weeks so Fin gives me serious sides OR maybe I used too much and should have used 0.5ml just once a week but again I trust the long term members on this site than reviews posted online on DSL or MinoxMax etc.
