  1. I have had some really bad experiences with doctors trying to persuade me and nickle and dime me. My search of ethics lead me to the same Doctor you are dealing with. Konior is not only an amazing doctor but an amazing person as well. He has the highest ethics of any surgeon I have encountered. He cares about his patients more than money. I have gotten great information from him and have not had to pay a dime. There are many great doctors out there I am not saying he is the only one but for me he is the choice. You are in great hands with him.
  2. I have read about this condition and am sorry you have it. I hope that this doctor can help you. I wish you the best.
  3. Should be a huge game changer for you. Impressive how Hasson gets so many grafts from people with below average laxity. Has the swelling in your eyes passed?
  4. First thing is you need to research and research more. No way you get the amount of grafts you listed in one surgery so it makes me think you haven't researched enough. Hasson is great but I don't drink the kool aid like others and put him above Wong. Don't let anyone here or anywhere decide where you go. This is a personal decision and should be your decision. I suggest consulting with several doctors. I don't know if you are on meds but if you are not you should try them because if you have surgery without stabilizing you hair loss it will be like throwing a bag of one hundred dollar bills into a fire place. Both Hasson and Wong are great doctors but you need to stabilize you hair loss before thinking of surgery in my opinion.
  5. Definitely consult with Dr Cooley. He is highly ethical and will tell you where you are headed for future loss. He will not operate on you if he thinks it's not the best thing for you. He is way underrated and is one of the best in my opinion. If you are not on meds I would try them see if you get sides how they work before considering surgery. There are clearly a bunch of doctors out there that will operate on anybody for the money Dr Cooley isn't one of them. He will do what's best for you.
  6. Large amount of grafts. Ugly duckling stage sucks but you will be smiling in six months or so.
  7. All of the doctors you listed are elite. They all got their reputations from fut not fue so I don't really know how to answer this. There really aren't many results from them that show their fue work. I am probably going fut so I am personally choosing Konior. The other doctors listed are great as well so I am not saying they are not great either but Konior is simply the best personal decision for me. His hands on and aftercare are unmatched. If you are dead set on fue then I would keep researching.
  8. I agree the posts seem skeptical. Post some proof or explain it. I don't believe any of it.
  9. That's great news Dutchie time for you to get your mojo back. Give mother nature a big kick in the pants. Best of luck tomorrow.
  10. Most important thing is eating clean not using supplements. Eat more vegetables, fruits, nuts healthy protein. Cut down on saturated fats and sugars. Real nutrition comes from whole foods not from supplements. You need the fiber not just the juice either. Supplements are not a replacement for healthy eating. They can be an added bonus but if you eat junk every day it will be pointless. I used to lift weights religiously and the rule always in the US was to stay on the outside aisles never shop in the middle of the store. Look it up it's true. Grocery stores usually put produce and fruit on the outside aisles and have all of the cookies and salt loaded tv dinners in the middle part of the store. I never noticed it but it's on a lot of body building sites and it's true. The best things for your body come from the ground not from a factory. If I were to take only one supplement it would be flaxseed oil it has so many benefits for over all health. I also believe in b vitamins. I do not believe that biotin does anything I think it is just a fad. Maybe I am wrong but it was useless for me. I don't believe in saw palmetto either. Fact is if you are not getting the right nutrition your body decides what is more important and hair is at the bottom of the list. Major organs will come first if your body is facing a nutritional struggle. Your hair will not get the nutrients . Most important thing is eating healthy.
  11. Looks real good for four and a half months. Plenty of time left for the temple areas to thicken up.
  12. Dr Vories does good work. Wish you happy growing.
  13. Dr Vories does really strong work wish you happy growing.
  14. I would personally let the doctor shave so you can get the best results possible. The easier it is for the doctor the better it will turn out in my opinion. What is a couple of months anyway? But I am not like a lot of people on here. I could care less if people know I had a surgery. If I get a good result and others see that this can be done and can help them then I am all for it. There should be no shame in doing this in my opinion. But everyone has their own opinion.
  15. Got it. I am on a cancel list too. Waiting sucks. The doctor I want to go with has an eight month wait list. In the end I think it will be worth it but doesn't help stress level.
  16. Dr Cooley is one of the best. You got great results from your first procedure and I have no doubt you will again. Happy growing.
  17. You results get better and better each month. This looks like a year result it's really quite amazing from where you started. Still six months for it to improve. Great pictures in the different lighting. You should be very happy.
  18. Don't be scared Dutchie you picked an A plus clinic so you will be in great hands. The flight thing is a personal decision. From what I have read day three is when swelling is at it's worst. I could be wrong and others will correct me if I am wrong.
