  1. What a great difference for this patient! Dying his hair completely transformed the outcome. Was the patient attempting to fill out the crown with his follow up procedure? And to be clear, these photos are following only the initial procedure, correct?
  2. Looks like the procedure will do wonders for this patient.... can't wait to see how it all comes out in the end. Thanks for the detail and surgery pictures by the way, amazing case to moniter from start to finish with detail like this.
  3. What a great improvement for this patient, he looks great!! Do you happen to know how many grafts were transplanted for this patient in the following procedure? Please keep us updated with the new crown photos as you get them, I'd love to see the final results for this patient and what the final number will end up being. Great job!
  4. Was this an FUE or FUT procedure? Like Sparky, I'd love to see some surgery pictures. Also, how many months post operation is this patient?
  5. 6. I agree with Mick, even with these blurry, self-taken photos the patients results are still positively noticable. I truly look forward to seeing updates with on this patient as you get them. Thanks for sharing the results with us so far =D
  7. Orangehair, Thanks for clarifying that information. I hadn't realized that there were a total of 4 surgeries performed, but either way, the results are spectacular!! Congrats again, I look forward to seeing many more of your patient results in the future. Thanks!!
  8. I'm so glad to see that these photos and patient stories are inspiring prospective patients to push for the next level and evaluate each physician's results to find the best fit for them. Congrats again, Dr. Wong, and I'm glad to see you are continuing to attact new patients with your inspiring results.
  9. Great, natural-looking results. This procedure seems to have done wonders for this patient. He must be happy with his ability to try new fun hairstyles and still look like he has 100% natural hair.
  10. What an incredible result for only 2153 grafts!! This transformation likely took years off of his look and was done before the needed number of grafts grew to be too high to afford. Many of our patients (like this one) are realizing the benefits of having hair transplants done in their early years and are therefore saving their wallet books by having minimal procedures done early. Great results, congrats on another outstanding outcome!
  11. Remarkable length and thickness in this patients transplanted hair after only 6 months, amazing! Hopefully everything continues on this path, this patient must be thrilled with his results after such a short amount of time. Keep us updated on his progress. Like Bill, I'd love to see those top (downward) angles when you get them =)
  12. Yes Mike, Dr. Mohebi did transplant a total of 800 grafts to the crown area of this patient in his first surgery. The remainder of transplanted grafts were 400 to the hairline, 1500 to the front, and 624 to the top. Like you stated, an additional 3000-3500 grafts to the front and crown areas would give him a much more noticeably full look and will compliment the first hair transplant surgery nicely.
  13. Remarkable transformation if I've ever seen one!! This procedure easily took 10-15 years off the look of this patient and he must feel GREAT!!! Congrats guys, I'm continually impressed by each case you post.
  14. Immediate Post op pictures look amazing! I look forward to seeing this patient's updates down the line =) Please keep us updated!!
  15. Wow!! I hadn't seen the initial procedure for this patient until today and I absolutely am stunned at what a great results this patient had with his two surgeries. FUE seems like it was the best choice in this patient's case and it looks more natural than ever! Congrats.
  16. Thanks Mike! One of this patient's number one goals was a natural looking finish and now that he has seen the amazing results from his first procedure he is seriously contemplating a second surgery with Dr. Mohebi within the following months (likely for another 3000-3500 grafts). This patient is striving to achieve the best, most natural looking results and doesn't mind waiting between procedures to see each final outcome, therefore splitting up the surgery the way he had was the best option in his case.

  18. Mick, I have to say the results for this patient turned out much better than I expected. While reading the description, I was worried that the patients results would be sacrificed in order to respect his decision of leaving the plugs in-- but upon seeing the post-op results, my worry was diminished. While it is sometimes complicated to explain to patients what you think would be the best option for surgery, I love to see good results on patients that still went against the grain and had good results. This seems to show that our doctors can really take the concerns of their patients into mind and find the best way to respect their wishes but still create the best possible results. Great outcome Mick & congrats to the doctors who successfully hid the patient's plugs and added fullness to his hairline.
  19. I agree that this patient really seems to be progressing well within the 4 months of post-operation. Please make sure to keep us updated with photos as time passes, because I would love to see how this patients results produce over the next year or so! So many grafts and such great denisty on a patient should be studied!, lucky him!!
  20. WOW!!! This patient must be thrilled with his results and have a huge confidence booster! Its amazing how having one procedure like this can completely turn around someones life! Great job Dr. Hasson and thanks for reminding doctors what the standards on hair transplant procedures are today!
  21. Thanks Mick =) We really appreciate your comment and agree that this procedure worked well for our patient. Although he didnt achieve as much fullness as he desired with the first surgery, this patient had a second transplant last month and has told us that he very much looks forward to seeing the final outcome from both surgeries. This patient's procedure has left his hair very natural looking, which is what Dr. Mohebi really strives for when performing his surgeries. We will keep you posted and update this patient's photos as we get them. Thanks again Mick!

  23. Thats amazing, looks like he should be set for a long time, if not forever. Congrats on another great case turn-out.
  24. Oh, okay Talizi, I understand the struggle with patients living at great distances and their tendancy to not take clear precise photos (due to their lack of proper experience and equipment to do so). I know that these photos may not be the best quality when posted, but I will definitely keep your page flagged so I can view them in the future. Thanks! 25. WOW! I am absolutely shocked at this patient's first surgery results!! I haven't ever seen results as bad as these and I must say that I am soooo glad these techniques are outdated today. It is definitely saddening to know that many cases like this could have been avoided by earlier use of our current techniques, but since we cant go back and change things in the past, let us instead honor these doctors who now have the ability to retransform past failed surgeries and create new standards for our surgeries today. Congratulations Dr. Rassman, it looks like you have had another great outcome on a seemly fargone case. This patient must be in absolute awe after seeing his end results.
