  4. I definitely agree, these results align with this patient perfectly and provide an immaculate look! He looks great, and I'm sure he is estatic with the results. The outcome for 2640 grafts also worked out surprisingly well for this patient. While I initially thought there might not be enough grafts transplanted, the results definitely prove otherwise. Could you possibly tell me how many hairs were transplanted? Im interested in learning how you tackled this procedure, Dr. Kabaker.
  5. Very nice, natural-looking hairline! I agree with aaron1234 that this patient is lucky not to have needed crown hair restoration. This procedure seems to be very effective for this patient and I am also glad to hear HE is happy with the results, abve anyone else.

  7. Christine, patient results such as these are always inspiring to read. Thank you for taking the time to post. Although I initially thought the 2000 grafts were a bit high for this patient, the density achieved and mirrored with the rest of his hair from the procedure looks pefect in the end result. Im also glad to hear the patient is just as thrilled with the results as any hair transplant doctor would be. Thanks again for posting!
  8. I definitely agree with Future_HT_Doc, these are great results for such a small amount of transplanted grafts! This patient is very lucky to have thick hair and a doctor who knows how to manipulate the number of hairs transplanted to achieve the best results. Just wondering, but would you happen to know how many singles were used in this procedure?
  9. Great Results! This patient must be thrilled. The results are so easily visible in the side views when comparing hairlines, and the procedure has easily offered years of confidence back to the patient as well! Great job on another great case and results posted from your clinic, Dr. Hasson and of course thanks for the post Jotronic.
  10. Wow, what a great turn around in results for this patient!! The number of transplanted grafts does seem a bit high though.... do you have record of the follicular units and how many grafts had one hair, two hairs, three hairs, or four hairs? Im interested to hear more on how Dr. Hasson tackled this procedure.
  11. I always love getting patients like this into our clinic. Although you cannot make them take the time off or follow instructions, all you can do is advise and hope that the post-opertation does not reflect any negative choices the patient made during the immediate post-operation time. Hopefully he at least wore a hat that day! While the results do not visibly reflect any of his choices, I still wish patients could understand the value of following ALL post-operation instructions. Thanks again for sharing, his results really did turn out better than I expected when I was first reading about his golf excursion and hadn't yet seen his photos.
  12. GREAT natural looking results! This patient must be thrilled!! I also agree with Dabuski that the public would never be able to tell that he had a hair transplant done. So many people come into our office scared about the pluggy look and I honestly believe a lot of it has to do with the fact that new transplants are now almost impossible to spot! Those people who are self-conscious about their hair loss but refuse to look into hair transplants likely aren't aware that new technologies produce results like this and that they likely already know someone who has had it done privately.
  13. Haha I definitely agree, many of our patients end up feeling the same way. Once they see that the results are worth the money and the hair greed starts to kick in, there's not much left to hold them back. Please keep us posted if this patient ends up having any future treatment
  14. Dr. Mohebi, Thanks for your response and taking the time to review the layout of your patients results. I definitely agree that all of this information is vital and truly helps to let prospective patients see exactly what to expect with the process of hair transplant consults and procedures in our office. I hope that I have provided all necessary information to accomplish this knowledge for patients, and hope that there is no hesitation if anyone has any additional questions for me to research regarding this case. Thanks again for everyone's comments thusfar!
  15. Thanks Jimmy and Future_HT_Doc! We appreciate your comments and are glad to hear that you are as happy with the results/presentation as we are.
  16. On both 10/9/2008 and 7/2/2009, Dr. Parsa Mohebi performed a FUT Hair Restoration procedure on a 39 year old male with: • Hair loss pattern -- Class III-V • Hair color -- Dark Brown • Hair character -- Slightly Wavy • Hair thickness – Fine Treatment Plan as of 09/26/2008 (date of consultation): • Begin using Finasteride medication • FUT Hair Transplant procedure--1200 grafts for crown/top only • Secondary FUT Hair Transplant procedure-- 1500 grafts + Planned 500 grafts to crown, 1000 grafts to front/hairline FUT PROCEDURES PERFORMED: 1) FUT procedure performed on 10/9/2008 A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 1821 total FU: • 117 – single hair FUT • 650 – double hair FUT • 1033 – triple hair FUT • 0 – quadruple hair FUT Size of Donor Strip Cut: • 18 x 1.2cm 2) FUT procedure performed on 7/2/2009 A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 1694 total FU: • 218 – single hair FUT • 785 – double hair FUT • 632 – triple hair FUT • 59 – quadruple hair FUT Size of Donor Strip Cut: • 24 x 1.5cm
  17. Janna, I definitely agree with Future_HT_Doc. I was just looking at another case which showed an HD video with "The Wet Look" and I really pleased with how much of a difference you can see by doing this. By not only showing the hair density when dry, but by also showing how the hair looks when wet, we can truly begin to see the visible results and how the density was affected through hair transplantation. Maybe in the future though, (only a suggestion) try to get two dry hair photos side by side from before and after and then two wet hair photos side by side. By having no dry photos from before, we have nothing to compare the after dry photos to and the results are somewhat confusing. Thanks again for the post, this patient is probably very happy with with all that extra hair to style again.
  18. Great HD video update!! I especially appreciate "The Wet Look" and donor scar views. This patients' transplanted hair really seems to be at great thickness and character at this point and is showing perfectly for HD videos such as this. Your video has given us some great insights on this patient and truly shows clinics how to properly display patient's progress with great clarity and indisputable quality. Thanks again for posting!
  19. Looks like great volumizing results on such a large case. One recommendation I have, try not to use flash on the before photos, because it blows out the photo and makes it look like you are trying to display holes in the before photos and show density in the afters by not using flash. This is truly a great result and I dont think you should leave any holes for people to critisize when these look like great results on their own.
  20. Thank you so much for posting this case for us all to see. This boy's life will be completely transformed by this surgery, and I am happy to see that he got such amazing results. Great job Dr. Feriduni, I don't think I or anyone in this little boys family could put into words how much this boys life will be changed for the better and allowed to live freely without hesitation. Thanks again for posting these results.
  21. What great, natural results for someone who just wants to add some minor filling to their frontal hairline. How many months post-operation is this patient? It seems the number of grafts transplanted for this patient was reasonable and gave him his desired affect withoutout waiting too long and breaking the bank for a larger surgery. Is this patient on any preventative medication for the future? It seems like he will be able to hold onto that hair pretty well if he continues preventative action.
  22. Thanks for the update on this patient! The surgery and pre op pictures look great but these 9 month post-ops really display how great the outcome was. Its great to see that there wasnt too much shock loss for this patient in the end. Was there a reason only 2680 grafts were transplanted though? It looks like this patient definitely could have really benefitted from an additional 500-1000 grafts in this session.
