yukhan you have good knowledge as you said you will need 2nd HT for extending hairline and I will say you will need to add more hair to existing HT for density. Never wear patch. Yukhan did he put you on some medication for contolling hair loss I mean like finasteride or palmetto

Thanks a lot eternal for your kind reply. I would say you one thing its good you are keeping finger crossed. I will also request you in the meanwhile to look around and do some research in finding if in case you need third transplant which according to my opinion you will definately need it. Start looking for good and result oriented surgeon. If you plan for third transplant go to doctor who has given numerous results. I know eternal what one expects after one HT and after 2nd HT OMG person thinks yes my battle with this needle pinching, going under surgeon knife and after care like two weeks shunning and ugly duckling phase will be gone forever. Mark my words its my opinion. This tell tale theories lot of people here say that oh my donor was depleted and doctor gave best by giving hairline and filled the crown though it looks pretty bald but doctor gave the best shot by working on limited donor grafts . Eternal according to me if doctor is doing fue including scalp plus body hair then question of depletion should not arise after transplant is done. Doctor who does fue with body hair will clearly give you upfront opinion that what you will look like after surgery and how much he can manuevere with that many grafts. AS eternal you have seen results of FUE surgeons not only in us but all over the world and you agreed what i said other surgeons have made a distinctive difference with depleted scalp donor and with addition of body hair. I have always said he has to go thousands of miles and he will cover those miles only and only if he agree that yes their is a learning curve for everyone who wants to learn. Complacency should never take one over and one should always be a learner. Mark my words with date and the results you are expecting the way gaps and spacing of grafts placed. Eternal results won't be even close to your expectation. Eternal I tell everyone creating a hairline and placing the graft in artistic way on scalp is not everone's cup of tea. Their are tons of HT surgeon but very few have those skills.

I wouls suggest you to be careful while deciding HT . You should look at the results of HT by doctors recommended here on Hair restoration network. you will know what is HT in form of density, hairline and how HT should eventually give you the result. You should understand what stage of hairloss you are in and are you on medication. Will your progressive baldness has halted or slowed down or will be slowed down by medication. Don't rush saying you are looking for just a doctor in india. In india their are doctor for HT and at very economical price. You should use this forum as your weapon to attack your blading phase and say good bye to hairloss. Check the results of all doctors posting results here and then decide. Trust me people have blindly gone to doctors bcz they were so greedy to get hair that doctors have given them hair by hair restoration but not in a way or artistically. Hair tr should be done artisticaly. Their is a way to design hairline(very very imp thing as it will change how you look, how many grafts and how to scatter hair on mid scalp and on vertex how to design cowlick. You can see people after three transplants also does not have hairline bcz their decision to go to wrong doctors were their own decision.They got hairs but when they look up in mirroe still temporal, widows peak is visible. In my opinion do research use this HT network forum its a wonderful forum.you do your research dont rush its not just putiing hair on head its about exactly where to put and how it appears after growing.

First I will say whtc thanks for great and very truthful reply. No matter what fue scarring will betheir in donor regardless whatever anyone says. Dr mwamba is one of my favorite hairline artist I can vouch for him as he is undoubtedly one of the best hairline designer here on this network. I will not rule out lorenzo, some turkey doctors , bisanga too Now jon in mu opinion dont go for smp. Remmeber smp clinic charges 2000$ to 4000$ and even more. I would rather go for HT and get real real hair rather then having black fake dots so called ink. Trust me look person who has done smp in real then only go for it. Dont trust the photos they dont depict the reality as far smp is concerned. Smp is black dot mark my words they are not hair you know what is real hair and their is no substitute to hair period. abbie my question is same please ask dr umar to share how he makes incision /implants. What punch he uses and please describe it in details if you can share video that would be great. Abbie lately if dr umar has done any hair transplant and if with ugraft please post it.

he is in bhiwandi he has done his medical license from U mass and he is license in india as well as in US. I don't know what month he operates but yes he is their once every 6 months. I have ask my friend to ask him to enroll here asap.

As far as scar should be hidden by smp I agree. But smp for covering baldness no. I would never pay 3 grands or 3 plus grands for black dots. I would rather have hair in the same price. Smp is black dot its ink not hair. Hair is hair. I have seen smp on peoples head even from his hair, milena and gli. Photos look totally different when you see real person with smp even with shave head look that looks clearly fake. Nothing like hair. its my opinion. I would say rather then photo look the person in real and at good length oh no I have seeen in sunlight as well as in night with night lights. Hair is hair. Ink is ink. Black dot on whole head can never ever be a substitute for hair.Their are doctors charging 2$ per graft and even 1.50$ per graft including body hair. I personally would go for yes real real hair not the ink in 3000$ or 3000$ plus. Thats like around 2000 to 2500 hair grafts wow

I have seen class 6 7 patient of dr erdogen hakan , lorenzo, bisanga, mwamba and many others with depleted donot But the way these doctors have spreaded the graft and the way they have acheived in designing hairline if supply is limited is amazing. I am expressing my opinion. I would say dr bhatti has to do lot lot lot of homework not only in hairline but artistry in how grafts should be placed. HT is done by thousands of people but creative and constructive designers are not that many. Make sure to browse photos of class 6 and 7 oF dr lorenzo, bisanga, turkey doctors and I think even doctor in Bhiwandi india who i requested through friend to get enrolled in this network. Designing Hairline requires combination of very super skill artistic artistry and lot of experience.

mickey i agree with you dr bhatti should come here if he has time and give his input . I have not seen one single case of dr bhatti with perfect hairline with close up pic. I mean to say he should come here and post how much difference he has made as far in terms of hairline. This is high time for him to learn hairline. Its my opinion that dr bhatti is not even closer to what is hairline.

mickey you said absolutely right dr bhatti is improving. I think in terms of hairline dr bhatti has to do lot of home work. I have been saying this from almost more the a year. mickey you are right bisanga, lorenzo, rahal are great hair line artist. I would also consider dr mwamba in that league. I would say giving correct and structured hairline is like almost half the battle is won by bald guy. To me it really tackles your frontal look right away if given proper hairline and thats what first matter as people look you from front and cosmetically trust me this can be acheived right in first session even if person is class 6 and he need multiple session. It gives sigh of releif and that only bald person knows what is to get hairline what every bald person desire always until he gets right one and perfect hairline. I would say not only these doctors mentioned above but their are many other also who gives good hairlines but I am keeping my finger crossed for dr bhatti maybe he will surprise us with good hairline in coming months or year. I wish dr bhatti good luck on hairlines. I know dr bhatti has lot of potential. It is my opinion. Even on social sites like facebook twitter dating websites you post your frontal photo and I will again request dr bhatti doctor you can make better hairline and i have full confidence that may be in months or year or years dr bhatti will learn and will do it.

dont get tempted as you are going bald. If your hair is in going phase just stick to medication if it helps. Dont think of HT atleast till 30. By that time you will have a clear view of how much you have lost and how far approximately you will go bald . Though their is no scale exactly nor any technic to measure or foresee your future loss. My friend I will just try to adapt to what i have till 30 or till right time comes. Lot od advancement is on way just hang tight and sit back something will come ouy but no no strictly no to HT you are wayyyyyyyyyy toooooooooooo young for that

eternal I still can't beleive that dr bhatti said this to you and did this kind of work. No offence I was assuming dr bhatti came long way and lately he was posting ok results of his work. I can definately tell you, you will need atleast 3000 plus graft for decent coverage in midscalp and crown. Eternal if you see thats a big bald patch you have in the crown. Why dr had placed the grafts so spaced out. You have been on this forum why don't you browse here on this forum some good crown work. You can browse crown work of dr lorenzo and you will see how crown is filled and with what proximity grfat should be placed. Lot of results here and on you tube. I know a doctor in india in bhiwandi. Hiss results are ammazing I have ask my friend whose HT that doctor did and I have ask my friend to please tell him to contact HT network here and become a member. This is not for sure your next HT for next 5 years as far i think and thinking of decent coverage. You will not be even close to that even after 1 year when all this far far spaced out grafts will grow

eternal i would say first sorry to hear that first HT did not turn out as you expected. I am seeing your 2nd HT pic why dr bhatti has placed grafts so spaced out I mean if you see gap between each grafts is really wide according to me. 1000 grafts will not make much difference in your case. were you on tight budget if yes I would have waited and gone for more grafts did he took more beard grafts this time too. I would say just see how grafts grow this time and I hope it gets better. I would have requested dr bhatti to just tackle mid scalp only this time. Again its too less grafts. I can surely say that u will need more sessions not session. Unless you go for around 3000 plus graft in next session.

thats the catch if you get 1500 whi will stop your progressive baldness. Who knows you are destines to be class 3 class 4 or most horrible class 7. I would say you should get on DHT blocker consult good dermatologist. I think even if you go on medication it will may be or mabe not slow down hair loss but eventualy if you are destined to be bald no power in this universe can stop you from going bald. Hair restoration is the option but I don't know if you want to go for it. I understand what you are going through and trust me worst is still to come . I can imagine oh no that class 6 and class 7 baldness and then girls going and driving pass . Even if you have million of dollars you can't be happy unless head full of hair.

Hair is very imp u dont have hair you are done. Bald guy cant approach a women even if he does chances of him getting hooked are minimal.women go to bald guys if guys have money and they for sure majority of women with bald guys cheat and that too with hairy guys. i have my friend in tel aviv he has two kids one daughter 14 year old and son 16 yeras old they dont want to go around with father and they tell their father dont come to school gathering or anywhere bcz they feel ashamed. You cant talk to any pretty ladies by looking right in their eye. Womens are attracted to hairy guys more then they are to bald guys. No matter what people say its the experience i have seen with not one but many many friends. Prime minister of india narendra modi did hair transplant at age of 60 go and google it. My friend people say at young age i loose hair and its very depressive no matter in what age you loose hair you loose it and depression starts which is directly proportional to bad health. I have seen many people with hairloss look sick and anaemic though they are hail and hearty and healthy. In israel many people divorce for various reason and one prime reason is hairloss and israelis are known to have more hairloss then any other race maybe I am wrong.Its my opinion in middle east cases of baldness are high and you can see shiny shiny scalp of males who are middle eastern. whether caboki or toppik or any concealer dont put it as long as it is it settles on scalp and block the pores and your pores cant breath. Evntualy hair follicles gets weak and it dies later. You will not notice instantly but trust me take a photo shot of your scalp from very near angle and start using any concealer and after like 3 months you see the before and after photo. Its no rocket science any concealer name sounds itself concealer. Concealer yes conceals your pores and your root dies Don tdont dont use it

Dont use concelaers they block the pores and your pores need to breadth. No matter what toppik after some times goes into scalp. Trust me once you apply it you get addicted to it you cant leave without it. I would stay whole 9 yards away from any concealers. Toppik goes into scalp and settle on all the pores you can check it. It hampers the growth of hair and weaken the follicles more of follically challenge people. This is because follically challenge people already have vulnerable scalp.

Dont go for smp it wate of money and your head. It will decolor as time pass b and gives a smudge appearence. Smp is waste. Instaead of giving 1500$ to 3000$ for smp go for HT Their are many doctors doing FUE in 1, 1.50$ , 2 ans 3$ per graft fue Rather then black dots I would like to have real hair. Smp people say give shaven hair like appearence noway it is just a black dot on your head thats it period.

in europe lorenzo is best if you have lot of money he charges 6$ per graft and if you negotiate around 5$ it depends how you negotiateif you go for 3000 plus grafts If on tight budget i will say scout for doctors in turkey you will get 1$ to 1.50$ per graft FUE and with very good results. Make sure you negotiate with them.
