This is again before after pic in diff light and diff background I have requested b4 multiple times and now requesting again their is no close up of below mandible part from where beard graft was extracted immediate post op and clean shaven with camera zoomed in. Why dr Umar never post pre op post op pic in the way most doctors post like pre op immediate post op Then week after, 3 weeks after and so on. I would again request here to staff of Dr Umar and Dr Umar to post pic in a way requested plus where is the details what punch he uses. Does he use motorized or manual. post some pic where he is creating slit for beard graft and putting it. Please do reply dr Umar and his staff

sfp always do your research and i would say if in india try to meet two or three patients live. Lot of clinic do open housewhere you can meet patients and you can see their scalp in direct real natural light. This HT network forum is a very good medium to talk with user and share your and what ia their experience. Rule of thumb if I were you meet patients live if possible. Its my opinion

sfp please i will request you in advance to take your close up pic of ht before , on day of op and after transplant. I don't know what is your degree of loss and how many grafts you will be getting. Pictures fom you will be appreciated and make sure to take the pic of hairline if thats in your HT included.

Its is not true dr bhatti is one of the most expensive ht surgeon in india this is absolutely false. Please dr bhatti post result of your first patient with date and persons pre op, op and post op pic. Please I am curious to know that you have been doing HT since day and year as you and your rep are claiming. He is charging same as per US surgeon. To get license in US is not as easy in india. In US you have a very strict criteria to get into medical school. In india even a person with 35% in high school so called 12th grade can get into medical school through manangement seats and with donation. Please google indian medical school and how students cheat and get into school. I will not accept this at any cost that US doctors are of same standard as an indian doctor.

abbie i and other users have ask before also post the close up beard pic from where dr umar extracts maximum grafts in good angle and natural light. Lot of users here have ask him to share his techniq. I am repeating again abbie share his techniq what punch he use why most of the patients are make to sleep and wake up only after surgery. eternal i am even telling you now even if hair would have grown his spacing and the way he does ht is really not upto the mark. You go and check his website he claims he has been doing HT from -- many years. Just tell dr bhatti to present his first case his first patient and what date was that and what was the result. eternal your case is eye opener now start looking for other doctors do one thing contact some turkey doctors, europe doctorsand some US doctors also do initial consultation on skype as it is free. Make sure you have good internet connection and good web cam with good mega pixel. start looking around i told you before also i am saying even now if those few sparsely space out graft which he placed even grow they will be of no use. Can you please take a close up photograph of your hairline and post here so i can see the hairline. I have seen various cases where dcotors have put grafts on hairline but grafts has not grown. I would say you yourself take a very very close up pic of your pre op post op and then every 15 days close up photo till 10 months and you will know what i am talking about. Hairline is very very imp thing and thats where the skills of any surgeon of hair is put to test.

first you need to get on medication if you are suffering from extensive hair loss any good surgeon would have put tyou atleats 6 months on any dht blocker b4 HT and he would have seen your stability of hair loss second post your close up photo clearly and with very good camera so users here can see how dr bhatti has placed the grafts and I owuld like to see did you got hairline while HT was done by dr bhatti Hairline very very very very imp and only way to know is post your photo did you met any of dr bhatti patients live before HT

meet atleast 3 patients of dr bahtti and see their scalp in direct sunlight. Make sure you also see their pre post op pic step by step from day before procedure till atleast 1 year I would say meet patients live

please first google what is hair transplant and what is hair line. what loss you have and are you on medication. Is your hairloss stabilized. WHAT is your age. Remmbr dont rush look for the results. Meet patients of any doctor you want to get your HT done from. Meet in person those patients and see their scalp in direct sunlight. Remember try to google what is hairline. Request before pic and post op picture lot of doctors take pictures not in direct light and lot of pic are edited. Rule of thumb meet patients live bcz you are not investing money but your precious donor graft which if goe in wrong hands. You will not only loose the grafts but you will repent. First learn what is HT and what way grafts should be placed. What punch is doctor using is he doing the slits or his tech. Are you comfortable. Don't rush take a deep breath you are not alone their are millions of other bald brothers out their. Just relax and then go for it.

I would say i have seen lot of good hairlines here on this HT network. Dr bhatti doesn't even stand some what 1000 kms from those surgeons(bisanga,mwamba,turkey doctorsand many others ). I would say even if budget constarint I will explore other doctors on this forum not only in india but turkey. I would even say rather then forcing people to accept that doctor does good hairline. I will rather let people speak and i agree with what BUSA said. This forum is for the user by the user and of the user to express their opinion. It is so easy to google first what is hairline ? I met many patients and they have done not one but 2 sessions of 3000 and 3000 graft. People were class 4 and 5 even after their hairline was missing. abhi if cost is no issue even if its issue here is the solution. First meet atleast 3 patients from that clinic live mean live and see their sclap in direct sunlight. Dont rush this can make your scalp worst. One wrong move you not only loose your precious graft but damage forlife bcz remmeber scar takes atleast minimum 1000 to 1500 to 1700 to 2000 graft for coverage later in life.lot of ht surgeon gives scars. one more thing if yield is poor you wll lose your precious graft from donor area that too from virgin scalp. browse this forum lot of good doctors on this forum from india turkey is very near and with same india budget and air tickets are also cheaper. dont rush i understand baldness is frustrating and paeople cant wait but waiting is worth then repenting in life later. get yourself on medication and first stabiize the hairloss and your pattern then go for it. smp is black dot not hair yes yes yes i am saying this loud and clear. Only for strip scar coverage its been justified to a limit . I will always say its a black dot and his hair or any clinic whether they charge 3000$ or 2000$ or any clinic i dont know if they charge 1000$ also don't don't don't go for this black ink. IT just fades with time and first ofall its adot take a ink pen and just start putting dot dot dot with black ink on your scalp its a same thing. I would always go for hair rather then artificial dot. Any smp clinic they are just misguiding people saying shave head with thick HAIR look. HAIR are hair not ink dot even with slight stubble you can feel the hair. Their is no no no no substitute to hair period. I was in london, belgium, italy, south africa, austria, prague, and i have ven been to middle east . Yes I can definately say majority of bald people I have seen was frst in middle east and then in europe. Middle east is my gosh hub of baldness and with that tropical weather how bald shiny pat shine and with sweat on their head. Most middle eastern in their 30's and their 30,s plus are really terribly bald and they have shiny really shiny pat.

please dont go for smp it is just black dots and fade with time. It looks dull and give very artifiacial look. Go and look at person who has done. They are black dots not hair. They are dots not hair . Go for hair their are doctor doing in 1$ per graft. SMP is waste of time and decoloration of scalp dont dont dont do it. whether evolve or his hair or any smp clinic they are all putting black dots that is not hair period.

eternal i am hoping your hair grows well. Please keep posting your photos and remmeber not only me lot of other people here are waiting to see your results. First of all small session of beard extraction like 300 to 400 grafts is very minimal count. ANy mega session of beard extraction I mean 1500 plus graft. I think when person is depleted with donor area in scalp he needs BHT route to enhance the density and get good coverage where scalp donor is not enough to cover . Given the class of baldness. Beard scarring is very ugly most of people with megasession are advised to keep light stubble of atleast 4 to 5 days stubble. I have seen 2 person from LA HT surgeon. I would say different part of body hair has different anagen and telogen phase and yes different part of beard areas also have different cycle of growth. The hair underneath jaw line has different growth cycle and those below side locks and below cheeks has different growth. I will say rule of thumb see the patient live and doesnt matter how you mingle scalp with beard or chest or leg hair or abdomen hair body hair stands out. It has very different characteristics from scalp hair. Go and see on this forum and browse doctors doing megasession beard hair. Make sure any doctor soesnt matter first see the patient with your own eyes. Look closely from 1'2 feet proximity bht and scalp mixture on head then reply.

tonyb growth of beard hair is more robust then scalp hair and when you will see any patient who has done beard hair to scalp. If you stand withing 1/2 feet proximity you will see beard hairs are more darker thicker and they will be always bigger then scalp hair. Remmeber one thing always see the patient live before going for beard hair to scalp. It sounds very promising but scarring if you will see maybe you will change your opinion of beard hair. May be their are cases of no scarring i have not seen one single case. I have seen 2 patients and both got done from LA HT surgeon and the scarring was really ugly. Make sure you read the pre HT paper work by doctor because thats where they trick you and make you sign on clause where it says if scarring or no growth its no guarantee and they give you aroung 50 plus pages of pre agreement and you give right to consent without reading all the clauses.

yukhan most of the people they expect miracle after one HT with level of baldness you have but I will say hats off to you bcz you know what to expect with so less grafts and very wide area to cover. Yukhan thats good you went fro minimal graft bcz this will let you know what is survival rate and how much shock loss you will have or may be less or you will not depends on different cases. Yukhan I will say you are very informed guy I think how long you started finasteride or u just stared after HT. Let me know if you have been on that from a while as you have hair loss from last 10 years and if yes how was response of finasteride and if you just started update us within months that if finasteride impacts Yukhan one more question what kind of extension of hairline you will go for i mean do you have a design or thought what kind of. I mean to say or doctor is going to design it as he thinks. I am very concerned about hairline as I think hairline makes a drastic and dramamtic difference and change in total outlook of a person. I think cosmetic appearence matters and hairline is a very imp trigger to it. I would say without hairline to me HT is incomplete. Its my opinion
