dr Wesley I have a question if any doctor does beard to scalp transplantation in US and leaves white very visible scars and before surgery tells patient it will be invisible. What can patient do can he complain to medical board or what is the line of action for this process. If doctor is from Nigeria and he got licensed in us and has been experimenting with patients from last 6 years with BHT but none of the patients have came forward because of being misinformed. Your post are very informative and I think you can throw some light on this process.

Bill thanks for replying My question is now 1)If doctor gives more then anaesthetic required just to make patient pass so patient doesn't know the technique or his method 2)Isn't it as i read on google in US doctor has to be transparent about surgery and if medical board finds out that he is hiding his technique and method while operating on patient doctor can loose his licence. 3)bill what action HT network takes if i or any other person ask to doctor or his representative(PR) questions on this forum after he post the pic and he does not reply even after repeated request. 4)One more question bill as you mentioned that it depends on doctor patient relationship what if doctor is saying before surgery we don't let patient watch the video I am waiitng on your answer to this 5)Bill what if patient has undersone HT does doctor should deny him privelege to call and just ask him to mail. Is it fair for doctor to do that 6)What if after surgery patient get pigmentation or dots very visible what are patient rights to sue him and please answer in details the line of action process. Bill this is very good thread and how replies are very clear about pens and bubble and slits. Bill isn't it that every doctor has to reveal his technique about what punch he uses whether manual or motorized. I think if any doctor gives more anaesthetic then required just to make person sleep that he doesn't knows his technique as he doesn't want the person or anyone to know his technique. THat is i think unethical and against medical etiquette and code of conduct. I read here on forum most of doctors do HT nad person can atleast see the video while HT is performed and that sounds very good. What about if doctor gives over aneasthetic and make you sleep and doesn't want you to watch movie nor anything and you don't remember a bit.

Dr mwamba your answers are so satisfying. Dr so u mean to say their is always going to be shockloss regardless if its ur native hair or before transplanted hair as long as same region is retouched UNLESS person is CLASS 7 then their is no worries of shockloss. In that case too if class seven is teated with 5000 plus graft in one session and after year he goes for another 2000 or 3000 graft for thickness then shockloss of previous transplanted hair cannot be averted. Correct Doctor mwamba i was thinking as beard hairs are best after scalp then in case if person from previous fut has scar and he want to redress scar and thich the density then pubic hair should be first preference to cover scar and beard hair with scalp hair combo should be utilized for density on scalp. I think because scar is on back and it mingles with pubic hair when grown out. As long as HT is considerd first priority is cosmetic look which is overall frontla appearence and vertex and i think it feasible to utilize beard on to scalp hair rather then on scar.

Dr your chronologial order for hair preference after scalp is same as i thought should be. Doctor what about shock loss when person go for multiple session after span of 1 year or two years in same portion let imaging front scalp. If firast time you gave me hairline and after one year i want density when you put additional graft in smae area does previous transplanted hair are vulnerable to shock i mean as native hair are very vulnerable to shock loss in adjacent and same area. Awesome My another question doctor have you used beard to scalp mega session i mean more then 6 to 700 beard on scalp with mix of head hair I understand. You mean to say different cycle means beard will shed and some times head hair when you comb or when cycle appears and that will be sporadic on scalp correct. One more imp question what about pubic hair they have pretty much same characteristic like beard why not pubic hair or you have even explore that

I think bill is right as people have their own perspective. As long as your desire and your expectation are met thats one thing people wanted. Bill I would like to see beard after photos of umar with large beard extraction session. The pic and videos i am seeing on forum here posted by dr umar or his patients are really not giving a magnified and clear picture of beard areas below mandible.i mean the way hdc have posted the picture of after beard fue extraction is pretty clear and magnified. I have seen the videos and pic and gone through this forum . I beleive dr bhatti is a big sigh of releif to lot of follically challenge people.who cant afford fue anywhere else and have a desire to do fue and that too with very reasonable rate and outstanding results.
