I think the work is below average based on what has been presented. The last picture looks good but the previous photos clearly shows a lack of density in the corners. As Sean mentioned we may need some more photos at different angles to make a better analysis. A lot of grafts have been used on a relatively small area in your case.

And let’s not forget the questionable extraction pattern that was extracted quite low in the donor zone. Is there a reason for this Odd.

Also why is the thread labeled “2000 Artas/Manual FUE” this is quite confusing for perspective patients and the Artas machine should not be confused with a manual punch FUE Case. Apples to oranges in my opinion..... A manual punch typically is being used by many of the Elite FUE surgeons. Artas is being used by amateurs and mediocre FUE surgeons primarily. The pictures? Why even post these.

KO’s result are sub par if we are being honest and objective . If this weren’t a well respected surgeon and was some random Turkish clinic everyone would even more likely to view the result this way..... that said KO still has some options ..... wibbles point about Rooney is pretty accurate as well. His hTs less concealers and styling are quite poor. I think with his head shape and athletic frame he would have been better off shaving or SMP.

Dr Devroye, This is a great case your patient must be thrilled with his results. A lot of real estate covered with 4225 grafts. The hairline design considering that amount of loss is great as well. A nice age appropriate placement that isn’t too conservative and should suit him very well in the future. how many FUE grafts does this patient have left to utilize for future procedures if needed? I imagine he has exhausted close to 5000 grafts and would be interested to hear what is left of his donor? Terrific work.

Fantastic result. The hairline and front look terrific. This is as natural of a result as you will find. Did you notice much of a texture difference with the BHT that was used compared to scalp hair? Best of luck if you decide to finish off the crown in the future. -
You have one of the better clinics in the world in your back yard. Have him do a consult with Matt at Shapiro Medical Group. It would also be wise to look in Dr Konior in Chicago. He is considered by many to be the very best in the business but he does have a long waiting list. Your brother won't have to travel very far to consult/visit with two of the best clinics. I have never heard of the doctor you referenced.:eek:
