  1. People photo shop all the time, Im pretty sure you can take a couple pics of yourself and play around to get a idea of what you will look like? Actually that would be a great feature for this site.. Blake? haha

I tried doing it, playing with photoshop. And realised I am a pretty bad artist with Photoshop, have to ask someone for help can't do it myself. :(

  2. Hey Guys,

Just wanted some suggestion on this, anybody who has gone through my earlier threads will know about my background and my need to go for a HT however let me just again mention it. I am not bald infact I have pretty good hair. However I have a very high hairline with deep empty, bald looking corners of forehead, giving an impression to people that I have a receding hairline, Which I wanna lower down and fill up with hair.

My question is, though I get excited by the idea, thought of covering the areas where I think I need hair. I really cannot imagine myself on how would I look after I get it done. If it works out according to what I am imaginging right now (Which frankly speaking I am having tough time doing it) great ! but if it doesnt, who knows I might just end up looking a weirdo. Any suggestions on how do I visualise myself that the HT Job will look good on me or not.

Makes me anxious will it look good ? How do I decide this any suggestions ?

    Thanks

  3.

    So far my dreamlist includes:

Bhatti(If he can just let his results do the talking and not him)

Why do u think Bhatti talks more about himself rather then let his results talk about his work. I see couple of happy people here who have done HT with him, so is your this opinion about him based on any experience ? Pls share with all of us if that is the case...

  4. I would like Dr. A from Delhi recommended here. I do not understand, but even mentioning his name here is fully censored. From what I have seen he is the top surgeon in India. Besides good quality HTs he has done a lot of repair cases. I doubt Dr. Madhu and Dr. Radha performing any repairs.

Undoubtedly he is Number one HT surgeon in India right now with some outstanding results but he is like crazily expensive where Others charge around a dollar (USD) for a graft with FUE, he charges 4 dollars for a graft that is mind boggling expensive according to Indian standards he wud any day be my first choice only if I cud afford him. He says he has closely worked with Dr.Umar, Dr.Bisanga ! Has done HT for a couple of film stars from the Indian film industry aswell. He is the Indian Avatar for equivalent of Bisanga, Feriduni, H&W etc...

  5. Here are some pics post op at 4 weeks (29th day post op). I am entering the 'ugly duckling' stage for sure. As of today at the 5th week and 4 day mark (39 days) and the look is worse than the 4 week pics. Still I don't have much of a problem sucking it up knowing that it is a normal transitional stage.

It seems there are still quite a few grafts still in there from the transplant. Some shedding has taken place and difficult to quantify what I have shed. Still some redness and the contrast against my fair skin does make it obvious that something unusual has occured at my hairline. Still, I have been able to get away without people at work accepting it for anything else than too much sun and a really bad haircut.

Not sure if I have some shock loss with my native hair in the front 1/3 behind the recipient area but there is some thinning in any case and it is not growing in like the crown area after my head shave before the procedure. If that does not grow back to an acceptable level then I may be up for another procedure to address the area. On the positive side it looks like the crown is not an issue at this time.

I will update photos at the 2 month mark which will be in a couple of weeks.

    Dude ! Mate !

Just yesterday I was asking people here, on how is Dr.Bhatti in designing the hairline as it is a crafted job and requires great skill. Believe me you. Your hairline looks absolute killer ! Neatly designed. Love the temple design that he has put on the sides. Please post your Pictures once it grows up. Looks great as of now. So did you notice any considerable shock loss as of now ?

  6. Hi All,

Its been 1.5 months after my HT. Most of the transplanted hairs have fallen. Today I clicked pics of the scar at donor area to see how it is healing. I can see that it is still red and it seems that I may have a larger scar than a normal size.

Kindly share your views on size of scar and its healing till now. I hope it'll reduce with time.

I have not got a strip FUT done yet, so don't take my judgement on face value but from what I have observed yes, your scar looks preety long than usual. Maybe the number of grafts that you have had, could be the reason.

  7. We are talking about the top most, the world had to offer in HT not everyone including me can make this possible especially travelling into Europe and The Americas...

Any comments on Dr. Bhatti's hairline here :-) since I am planning to get it done from him :-)

  8. I had this question, they say that having a single hair graft placed on fine calibre is "the" important thing while defining a natural hairline, now I also understand having a Zig-Zag,shingled approach is equally important while placing hair grafts to give it a natural look.

But I am just thinking how can you have the zig-zag approach while placing the hair grafts on a hairline, because to make a hairline you need all the hairgrafts touching/on that line and if you have a zig-zag approach what that would mean is 1 hair graft is placed on the hairline drawn and one behind that !! I mean does this sound ok ?? You want all the hair placed on the hairline for the hairline to take shape and be complete but if you do the zig-zag approach how will cover the entire hairline ? One will be on the hairline and other just behind that, not touching the hairline so how does this work ?

    Can anyone explain this ?

  9. Yes I see what you mean. It looks like you have multiple hair grafts in your hairline and actually they look kind of like the old mini grafts and not follicular unit grafts.

I was myself asking questions to people here till the other day, but slowly I have started understanding the fine nuances of a correct hair transplant. And it is also looks like here, he didn't have what is called as a Single Hair Graft placed on fine caliber, (Correct me guys if I am wrong) The texture of hair used in the hairline appears to be so coarse, rough ? It looks like hair is dipped, mixed with a sticky substance like a glue, gel and placed there. I would say lacks finishing touches.

  10. p.s. - augustya, I really hope you go to one of the reccommended doctors from this site located in India, like everywhere else there are a lot of hacks and I hope ur budget doesn't point you in the wrong direction.

Since the surgeons reccomended here in India only do FUT and I only wanna do a FUE I cannot take advantage of the reccomndation. Dr.Bhatti is on my mind. Will he be a right choice ? I have read feedbacks of some of the guys here who have done it with him. Still asking ?

  11. I'm glad I'm not the only who can see this guy is a total clown.

One who himself is one, will see the world with the same lens. Now if you could keep your filthy trap shut !! Your idiotic stupid comments of well, don't do a HT if you don't require is something that doesn't require any brain, so only if you had said something intelligent, that would have proved you can think intelligently and you can speak sense. but sadly that is not the case, since you have nothing extra ordinary to talk or share about you start calling names to people ! your incapable brain.

You gotta laugh at his infantile attempts to correct your grammar when it is completely legitimate. I don't know what to make of someone who probably uses Google translate to read and write to this forum telling someone else they need an interpreter.

You keep talking aout everyone else's english and grammar here, have you ever realised asked for feedback what mockery do you make of yourself by talking which makes no sense and only reflects, uses abusive language.

don't know if people mature really really slowly where he is from

I am from a human habitat unlike you who sounds like from a Zoo.

because I seriously feel like I'm reading posts from a third grader.

Please see a Shrink because if you cannot understand what someone is saying, I am sure there is something wrong with your Brain, I seriously advise you need to see a Pshyciatrist or maybe start from all over kindergarten again ;-)

Where does anyone begin to point out the numerous flaws and fallacies in pretty much everything he says.

One starts from ignoring your stupid posts which says says nothing but a Bozo trying to prove that everyone is like him.

  12. But then how much can one keep on researching on this, it cannot be a ongoing affair right ? There has to be a time limit to it.There are other important and startegic decision one has to take in life, Hair, and Cosmetic Surgery is something you wanna do in your Leisure time it is not a life threatning thing, that you leave everyting aside in your life and 24x7 eat, breathe and live HT and become a zombie collecting information, so if not 1 month maybe 2-3 how much more it surely cannot be 2-3 years right ?
