  1. The work looks good, this should turn out to be a great result. Keep the updates coming.
  2. You could get it finalised with a top up and make it look more random on the hairline to finish off. Looks fairly good though one more pass should do the job nicely. Just make sure you choose a surgery with a proven track record in refined hairline work.
  3. Haha! So common here for guys to start threads and then we never see them again. Come back omgcorey !! 😁
  4. If I was you - I'd consider 2 FUE procedures up to 5,000 grafts staged 4-6 months apart (front 3000 grafts, crown 2000 grafts) and have a super high and receded hairline and keep your hair short. Think Statham from Lockstock & 2 Smoking Barrels. Then have full SMP to add the illusion of density and repopulate your donor region 6 - 8 months after your final FUE. Keep you hair short If you still wanted more (most men do) you could always have a final FUT strip 1500 - 1800 grafts and grow your hair our a little longer, possibly FUE the scar with 200 - 300 grafts / SMP
  5. Are you currently taking hair loss medication? Have they advised this to prevent further thinning? Large hair transplant chains have always been questionable as it's hard to know who the Drs are and their portfolios. Often the newbie Drs employed or hair loss advisory staff show before and afters from Drs who have long gone. The chains often have large overheads and high staff turnover with many just going to learn the ropes before going solo.
  6. Full BAHRS vetted SMP technician list here to do research on: https://www.bahrs.co.uk/find-a-member/ You need to add a UK postcode it seems and switch the category to SMP technicians
  7. Interesting case this. I'd also be interested to know how long after the result photos is
  8. Could you not just consult directly with the Dr Mittal instead? He's been operating at Westminster Medical Group for a while. I believe he started there originally
  9. Nice cosmetic difference overall. Are you taking any preventative medication ?
  10. The best surgeons in London at the moment are: Dr Edward Ball (check out his website - incredible before and afters, takes great care with his patients) Dr Raghu Reddy (again great before and afters, has been doing it many years with some celebs to boot) Dr Edward Miln (New gen surgeon, great before and afters, check his Instagram results and videos) Dr Manish Mittal (New gen surgeons again, great results posted, seems to making a name for himself, not sure if he offers FUT though?) Farjo is quite good though very conservative - I've never seen a knock out result. Harley Street Hair Clinic, not sure who the patient photos relate to as their surgeons change every few years it seems? Who was Wayne Rooneys surgeon?? The Treatment Rooms Doctors post some great results also, though some results look a little thin...
  11. There was a great case posted on here a few years back with hairline softening, though I can't find it doh. Typically the hairline is softened using finer calibre's hairs planted in-front of the coarser grafts. Do you have and photos of your hairline ??
  12. A little more wouldn't hurt... make sure it's someone who is good with refinement!
  13. You could do with another 3000 grafts, plus keep you hair longer. Also look into SMP.
