  1. Madman, i was a NW IV almost NW V i have had FUE HT and the transformation is fantastic, go to my home page and look for yourself, feel free to pick the shit out of my photos, complain all you want about hairlines or density, but im satisfied somehow think the name MADMAN you will never be satisfied, Next year Im going for another FUE & trying BHT with Dr Bhatti, just to top up a few places which was always our agreement. Strip is yesterdays news...
  2. Dr Bhatti is one of the best FUE surgeons in the world and has many BHT patience, I for one will be doing BHT with him mid next year,
  3. the question I would like to ask, how do you have your hair now, if the answer is shaved or short then go got the FUE + BHT, avoid the scar
  4. Dr Bhatti also trains other FUE surgeons, last time I looked was over 120 surgeons, who have gone onto opening their own clinic, in some ways shooting himself in the foot, but as California says he fully booked and turning patience away, and wont hire other staff or surgeons just to make more $$$.
  5. its Sept 5 - wasn't this dude going in on Sept 3,
  6. my redness was all gone with 3 weeks, but had pimples in the donor area up to 9 months later
  7. Hey Mate, Buy some 5mg tablets off ebay save yourself some cash that way. Try the pills and foam for 12 months maybe 2 years, see where things are at and decide when you aged 25 or older. I also think shaving your head will give you more confidence, you seem a bit a bit down which I hope you're not. I noticed that the bald jokes stopped when i shaved my head, shaving your head gives off signs to people that you are comfortable with yourself, growing your hair to show that you still have some left is a sign of denial and thats when the bald jokes start. As for a HT, I think you should wait 2 years and see how things are then. You do seem to have quite alot of hair still, so its not the end of the world mate. take care all the best seth
  8. Yep I flew from India to Australia the day 2 post OP, i wore a loose bandana and a really large trucka cap, was ok, i tried to avoid eye contact with people in the airport... LOL
  9. Congratulations, looks fine. However I have to say, your before shot doesn't really look that bad, 2500 in such a small area you should get a good result. You have a noticeable scar, which I think shows how limited FUT is. If this is one of the better FUT cases then its really showing how out dated FUT is. I would go ahead and have a touch up, get some FUE done to that scar, you look like you have a good donor area. All the best thanks for sharing
  10. Congratulations. All the best for the next 14 day recovery treatment and for the next 12 months
  11. A little bit of a case of catch 22 running around your head and fair enough to. My advice cause I am in a similar situation, good chance I will lose the remaining natural hairs in the next few years, is deal with it when it comes, Im doing the best with whats out there right now for my hair. I take the medication, I do feel some side effects (i think) but I also take viagra when needed too, so that problem is solved. I do fitness most days so I don't have man boobs, but a couple years I did have man boobs cause I didn't exercise and drank beer too much, so again that solves that problem, and if you get increases in body hair, buy some clippers and trim them, problem solved. If in a few years time, you will (like most of us) need a top up HT, have another one. Just remember for the next 10 - 15 years this will be a daily battle against baldness, don't lose the battle mate, compare yourself to HiV patient of Cancer Patient, they need pills every day to stay alive, and they do it, no reason why you can't. We all take time out of day to eat food every day, no reason why you can't 10mins out of every day towards your hair either. Just commit to the HT, and for the next few years do everything in your power to look your best and feel good about yourself. All the best and I hope your catch 22 situation as eased a little.
  12. you should send you photos to all the FUE specialist in the world, see which one will dare take this challenge on for FREE, use this as competition to play all the surgeons off against each other, let the real FUE surgeon stand up and be counted, putting a lot of arguments to rest. All the best
  13. I went to with Dr Bhatti, feel free to PM anything regarding the trip and the HT, I have plenty of good things to say about my experience
  14. your surgeon should write a letter explaining the situation, letter head dated,
  15. i see you are from India, have you considered FUE with Dr Bhatti, as for the recovery of FUE its really painless, a little numbing and sleeping is upright but it is ok with a travel pillow
  16. FUE will eventually look and feel the same. Depending on the density of the implants, more grafts in a smaller area, you will get a different end result compared to less grafts in a large area. Some people have said their hairs grew a little like wire and bent, but by 12months they should mature and grow normally, that didn't happen with me, mine grew nice a soft and look very natural from about 6months onwards. You might have a cycle of shedding around 6 months right when you go on holidays, or the cycle of shedding might happen at 9months, this happened with me. i had a panic attack, but with lotions organic products everything grew back stronger thicker and better. all the best for the future.
  17. My office is on Sirimankalajarn soi 13 less than 200m from Dr Pong office, Chiang Mai is a great place to live.... any chance of some photos.
  18. awww thanks your comments Yukhan80 much appreciated
  19. Another happy Dr Bhatti patient and why not, the guy is such a nice person with a really friendly clinic. BTW the hairline looks spot on, not to adjust that. All the best for the next 6 month and if it begins to fall out after 6 months "DONT PANIC" trust me it will grow back again. Make sure you keep that scalp nice. I stopped using J&J hair tonic and switched to virgin olive oil and tea tree oil and it seems to be better.
  20. Hi Hairhair9000, good to know you're getting Dr Bhatti, was the best choice I ever made, however I wouldn't plan on doing much after your HT, find a couch and load of DVDs and avoid going outside at all. If you want to do site seeing do it before HT or plan another trip. If you have any questions to what to expect please PM I am here for you.
