    This patient was not a simple case. He is in his mid 20's, his donor is limited and he had an expanding area of loss. He was realistic though and the first stage of the plan was to stabilise things with meds which was achieved. We then proceeded to boost the front in a design that suited him now and in the future.     This patient came to Dr Lorenzo in order to boost the front and crown. He is in his mid 40's and his loss has been stable with finasteride. He feels that his objectives have been reached.
