hi, i am 20 years old and am suffering from hair loss in the norwood 1 and 2 area, i have noticed my hair thinning out and it is falling further back at a slow pace but it is noticeable. i am thinking about getting a hair transplant but am not sure wether my age is a factor. if there is a cheaper and reliable option to get some of my hair back i would appriciate your suggestions

5 years ago I had a FUT procedure in Pakistan with Dr Humanyu. He left me with a huge scar across the back of my head which went from ear to ear and was at least 1cm wide. The transplant was awful and there was no after service nor did I get a good result. Seems like Dr Humanyu was just interested in money and had no ethics whatsoever. I made a mistake by having a hair transplant at the age of 22 as I had a receding hairline.

Day 120 is up. Not a noticeable difference from last month. I may be seeing actual hairs pop up but I'm not sure. Its hard to tell if they aren't just the same hairs I noticed coming in and out of shed prior to my surgery. Anyway, I've read around the 6 month mark is will you will see any sort of change. Fingers crossed.

I had my procedure done on 1/6/15 at Dr. Panine's Chicago office. Dr. Panine, Stuart and the rest of the staff were professional, warm and accommodating. The Chicago office is quite impressive with a panoramic view of Lake Michigan. I arrived at 8:30 AM and left cIose to 3:00 AM the following day! 2 days out from 6 month mark. Never posted berfore. Had surgery in August. Wanted to get a feel for what you guys think. Overall I dont see a huge improvement and i realize i'm only 6 months in. Ill post pre opp, 2 day, 5 day and today which is 2 days shy of 6 months.
So im about 2 days out from my 6 month mark. No sure how to quantify the results thus far. I know 6 months is still early. I see some pics at 6 months and they have the wow factor but I feel mine are somewhat sublime. Still happy I went through with it but I wanted to hear what you guys think.
