I have wondered about these issues for awhile - I had three procedures, 2014 2015 and 2016
How hard should I be applying shampoo and conditioner?
My concern is that if I go to easy/soft my scalp isn't being stimulated
Too vigorous could cause hair loss or at least hair being dislodged
Obviously I'm not scratching my scalp we all know that isn't good
Any wisdom on this?

Got different advice regarding hairspray, my doc says to generally avoid other entries have indicated it's OK - can I get some definitive advice on whether to use or avoid - I had 2 transplants, the most recent one in January of this year (2015) - Thanks - Foy Kohler
