His work is extremely clean and it looks great. Especially the donor. So no complete shave huh… I’ve heard he usually likes to shave the entire head.

Yes, I asked to keep some of the hair in case I could figure out some way to style it without looking stupid.

Thank you, everyone. Question for more experienced folks, do you think the hairline will be dense enough for someone still young or is it likely I'll still want a second procedure to increase density?

Do you know what density (grafts per cm2) Konior implanted at?

Even elite doctors are forced to be humbled by nature, science, and the technology of our time

It is very very hard to achieve good density in one go, even in the best if hands.

There are exceptions of course, but I would seriously say 90-95% of guys need multiple procedures.

If you do indeed end up being a 'one and done' case I would advise you to buy some lottery tickets as you certainly would have lady luck on your side

@puzzleheadedrun

Generally people need a 2nd pass but seeing the density as well as the hair quality of your native hairs i feel you will not need a 2nd surgery to densify the same area again if evrythng turns out well and around 95% of the transplanted hairs grows...best of luck..Happy growing and keep updating my friend ...whats your age and are you on medication ?
