Senior Member Zoomster Posted November 16, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 16, 2022 Jeez a lot of us high NW s would kill for that Donor after 3 surgeries ..😀 It’s bothering you though so that’s all that counts ..is this not a perfect scenario for a spot fill of SMP ?? Senior Member Dillpickle123 Posted November 16, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted November 16, 2022 I think smp first, but if not bisanga and mwamba are donor repair surgeons
Regular Member Adam561 Posted November 16, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted November 16, 2022 Grow your hairs mate, it will look fine. Wait another few months to see how it looks, if not SMP is a good idea to camouflage. I don't think you need a donor repair.

Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted November 22, 2022 Valued Contributor Share Posted November 22, 2022 Melvin is spot on. How long ago was your last hair transplant? At the most you could look at having SMP but to be totally honest no one would notice the difference. Rahal Hair Transplant
@Steele114, in my opinion, your best bet to conceal your donor thing would be scalp micro pigmentation a.k.a. SMP. SMP is a procedure where tiny tattoos in the shape of small dots that mimic the appearance of cropped hair are applied to areas of the scalp as needed. SMP is often used in donor repair procedures and on men who prefer to wear their hair cropped short. This procedure may be ideal for you and will make your donor appear more full without any appearance of thinning.
