Senior Member California Posted November 8, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted November 8, 2015 Patient: 29 years old Caucasian male HT technique used: FUE Date of first HT: March 2015 Areas covered during the first procedure: hairline, temples and mid-scalp The "after" pictures are from 8 months post op. This Patient had his second HT procedure done by Dr. Bhatti on November 5, 2015. Including some pictures of the donor area that was trimmed just before the second procedure (11/05/2015). Please note the lack of any "visible" FUE scars from the previous HT procedure (done 8 months ago). This Patient was so happy to see his donor area that he asked our staff to write "no scars seen" with a smiley face on his donor area and take some pictures:) Best regards, California North America Representative and Patient Advisor for: Dr. Tejinder Bhatti, Darling Buds Hair Transplant Center, Chandigarh, India. Senior Member harin Posted November 8, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted November 8, 2015 More than lack of scars in the donor area, the naturalness of the hairline is stunning!. Nice job. My Thread:
Senior Member thatoldchestnut Posted November 8, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted November 8, 2015 To be honest I would think the scars are visible to most patrons of this forum but the casual observer, not so much.
Regular Member RadioRunner Posted November 8, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted November 8, 2015 Wow very impressive considering the real estate that needed to be covered, the color of the hair of the patient, an the modest amount of grafts used. Fantastic hairline, looks 100% natural!

Senior Member JON86 Posted November 9, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted November 9, 2015 That looks really good but he will probably regret this when he gets older. The middle is thin. This is not a knock on dr Bhattia he does great work. There is only so much a procedure can do and if he doesn't go on meds he will lose it. For 29 he has very aggressive hair loss from the top of his head in the befores I would have expected someone to be in their forties. This looks good for now but long term I am afraid for him. He is a future class 6 or worst a 7.

Senior Member Louisjams Posted November 10, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted November 10, 2015 Nice result! Fair skinned individuals tend to scar less overall.

I think California said he was not on meds prior to the surgery, alluding to the fact that he's on meds now, he's definitely Norwood 6 prior to surgery he barely had hair on his head, I think he'll be okay, he's gonna definitely need more transplants in the future, but at least he knows where he's headed and he can plan accordingly, very impressive result from Dr. Bhatti. Hi HTsoon, You are correct. Dr. Bhatti does recommend every Patient of his to get on meds. He tends to take a conservative approach and always plans for the future. A 2728 graft transplant by Dr. Bhatti covered a lot of "real estate" (borrowing RadioRunner's term!) but would not be depleting all the donor for this Patient. He definitely has a decent donor supply left over to take on future HT procedures. In addition to that, let's not forget the BHT option.....to back up and compliment the scalp donor.
