Hey guys, whats up? :::C

I had MY hairtransplant 1 1/2 Months ago and i already see some growth and New hair is coming Which hopefully means i`m a fast grower and the ugly duckling phase is over as fast as possible.

I had a 'bad' hairtransplant with another Clinic 1300 FUT grafts.. Bad because 1300 grafts per FUT is an absolutely waste of time and skin. Dr. koray said that nearly all the 1300 grafts grew out, so this is good, but the density was way to low (20FUs/cm2). So Dr. koray did an FUE with 4500 grafts for me and the transplanted area was 120cm2 big.

MY crown left untouched, because i wanna have the density to be satisfied with and in the crown is some hair left and ITS not a bald crown at all, so with Dermmatch and Toppik i can cover it pretty easily.. And when i want i can go for a last procedure and fill the crown in later on..

Some infos on MY hair:

Micron: 50Donor density: 83FU/cm2Hair/FU: 2,36

All in all i felt well from day one to the last day at the Clinic an Dr. koray said, that i will be very satisfied with my result.I hope so too :)

You can take a look at my pictures and it would be great if you can give me your oppinions on the work done.I will Update this every month.

Edit: I had a natural density in the recipient of 15FUs/cm2 and im on Finasteride since 1,5 years. NO miniaturization in the donor area.

All the best :).

My left and right sides on my front grew in at different times, drove me crazy at the beginning, but after the 3-4 and into the 5-6 month mark, it all began to blend in or "blossom". You're ahead of schedule and you look like you're in for a really nice final result. Patience is the hardest part - wear a hat for 3 months and don't even worry about it! You already did the hardest part..

Hey guys!

Grow is continuing :)

So thats good.

But im very unpatient :P

I try to relay myself and forget the procedure..

But thats not that easy as you all know :P

One pic is attached.

The front grows 'faster and better'.

I dont know if this is normal.

But the structure in front and midscalt is very different.

Front feels thick, midscalp more thin...

Is it normal?

All the best

Hey guys

Just a small unplaned update because im a bit worried at this time.

As you all know ugly duckling is a very hard and endless seeming time.

So some support right now would be great^^

I will pay back with updates.

The problem is i cant imagine how it will look in lets say 5 months from now.

Im 1 week over 2 months so very early on..

But when i look in the mirror it always look the same.

Some new hairs here and there (look at the pics) and some hair grow directly after the transplant so theyre 2cm long now..

So some kind words would be great and some honest oppinions :P

All the best

Ok this is the worst bit in my opinion I was at my worst from 6weeks till about 12 weeks and as you have already noticed some re growth this is a great sign. For me the biggest improvement is month 4 to month 7 after that is the thickness that improves stay positive and take monthly pics in same place and same light this is where you will see the difference. Good luck and happy growing to you.

I'd be pleased in your shoes and just relax now and wait it out. I'm going to Turkey in January for my HT and I know it's much easier said than done but I'm going to just relax and enjoy my re-growth phase.

Is it advised to grow the hair at your stage or would it be okay to buzz it all until it was coming in thicker?

I buzz my hair at the moment and it's okay (I'm also a Norwood 5a (ish) and I would be fine with having it short right up until the hairs were coming in thicker then I could grow it out?

Hey guys

In 8 days the 3 month milestone is there...

And what can i say...

Its tough... Veeeery very tough..

Man... Im no "pussy" or something but this patienceperiod is so hard..

I really try to relax and chill out. Sometimes it works... Sometimes im freaking out.

Dont misunderstand me. Im not depressed or something..

Its not to bad. But yeah you all know how it feels.

I hope the next 3 months will be fun.

A nice head of hair is all i wish for christmas.. Really.. Its all i need.

It will give me my social life back..

I mean i have friends and ladys in my life.

But with my hair situation before the surgery.. I was very upset with it :/

But yeah the hardest part should be over in 8 days...

3 month post op.

That sounds great :D

And then "just" another month to christmas anf hey baby, 2016 will be my year!!! :DD

To my situation right now:

Still on Finasteride which is great.

I can see and feel new growth EVERYwhere in the transplanted area.

Donor heald completely.

And the hair that grow right after surgery is doing very well and give me some coverage already..

Not much bit hey its only 3 month.

I guess im on track?

I hope so..

Ive got with my Two procedures 5810 grafts for an area og around 120cm2

My crown is very small..

And there is enough hair for toppik or dermatch.

I really dont care about that.

Maybe i will fix it in the future..

But i think not in the near future..

Just wanna enjoy my hair in a few months...

Come on guys..

Give me some feedback and some "rallyings" :P

I would appreciate it.. :)

Wish all of you all the best!

Stay strong and remember... The day you feel good about yourselfe will come... And than you will look in the mirror just smiling :D

Edit: pics are under the harshest lightening possible :P

So notice that haha :)..

One question to all here:

I think maybe 10-20% or even a bit more in the frontal third of my grafts are growing right after the transplant. they are thick and 3cms long already..

But the hairs that start growing around month 2 are veeeery short and thin.. So this should mean i should not look at this hairs as the same to my growth right after the procedure, because my new growth will be MUCH slower?

All the best

Would defenitely help to make the threads more organized.

I tried many times to upload more then one pic in the thread.

And what do you think about the pics for my 3 month mark in 8 days :) ?

I think i have to wait another 3 month to see the "big improvements" ant the reason why i underwent the surgery..

All the best
