Best regards, California Dr Bhatti, it is great to see your facial framing and temporal placement skills. Work looks pretty decent and i am glad you were able to facially frame appropriatly. When reviewing the temples, it is great to see the design looks even on both sides and that there isnt a temporal density distinction on one aide versus the rest if the scalp hair. Your temporal placement looks good as it isnt that typical "C" shaped temporal recessive look which looks off balanced on some scalps. I will say it again, facial framing is a key trait in a hair restoration, and it seems very few can pull it off, recommended or not. Great job and patient is looking good for 11 months! Yes, he was on Finasteride and Biotin for 6 months post-op. Also minoxidil for the same duration. I would like to know how old the gentleman is, but I'm still constrained to disagree with your assessment of the hairline. What sense is there in enduring the financial setback, discomfort, inconvenience and general annoyance of a hair transplant if the goal is simply to appear balding rather than bald?
